The room was great and the breakfast was a great perk. We enjoyed the stay and the close access to the ballpark.

Clean room

Difficult to get in and out of the building. Barely anywhere to sit at pool. Asked for a touch up cleaning and never received. Very busy all the time with lots of children. Final day power went out and no way to leave with bags other than carrying bags down emergency stairs. No help with this offered and no explanation or notification of what was going on. No phones in the room. We won't stay here again.
-
Nice hotel but lost power during the night. Minimal breakfast and no pool. The kids were bummed. When messaging with the hotel via the app no response was ever received.

The power went out the first night of our stay. We checked out the next morning to be moved to another hotel. They were supposed to accommodate us due to the power going out. They didn’t have any rooms after waiting 4 hours to check in. Me and my children were left to make last minute arrangements and travel to another state on our vacation. We didn’t even get to enjoy the first half our trip due to not having the resources to flexibility.

Room was ok. Beds were comfortable, couch was not. Free breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Pool was out of order as well as rest rooms on lobby levelfor 3 days. Disappointed that the Reds play just across the river and hotel does not have the Reds channel.

Would have to think twice before staying here again. They lost power at night. It still wasn't on the next morning. One elevator working by the time we left. No breakfast options available. Had to gather our belongings and get ready in the dark.
-
My stay was not what I would have expected. We had no bed linens for the sofa bed. The power went out and we had no lights, there should be an emergency light in the room. The bar/ restaurant noise kept the children up until 12:50. Very disrespectful to all the other guests. Not impressed and will likely never book again.
-
Excellent hotel location for events along the river. Beautiful and clean. Family friendly.

Kim at the front desk was so sweet!! We came in really late and she did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. Especially my girls and gave us extra towels and covers plus a later checkout which was much appreciated after arriving at 3am not expecting to make it in that late.
-
Great stay. Great location. Great view. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good, way to crowded and stayed that way during breakfast hours. 2 complimentary evening drinks was an unexpected plus!

Everything was great except we lost hot water a few times. Loved the walk ability of theblocation

This property is perfectly situated for exploring tourist attractions across both Cincinnati and Covington. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. While the hotel is clean and very well-maintained, the property does feel dated and could benefit from some modern upgrades.

Very good

The room and bathroom were clean. The remote would not turn on the TV, but it worked to change the channels. Our omelet cook, Delta, was sweet and did a great job! Great place to stay if you are going to a Reds game!
