The hotel was very clean and staff nice. The breakfast was good as well.

Staff was very rude during the check in process. Could not find my reservation / had a mix up with names and insisted that I had booked another hotel. Spoke with a manager and had it figured out but was frustrating all the same.

The only great thing about the property was the valet parking. The employees working valet were great. The hotel was not very clean. The hallways were a mess. You could tell the room had not been cleaned well. The sliding door to the bathroom had something all over it. The couch in the room also had something sticky on all of it. I was there for four days. Housekeeping never came. I had to call to request towels daily. They advertise the great rooftop views. What they don’t advertise is that you have to be 21 to go up there. I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter. We tried to go look at the view and could not because she wasn’t 21. This hotel offers nothing and is not clean. I would not recommend to anyone.

Room was super clean, staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions and directions as we were there for a concert. Valet was on top of their game and the location couldn’t have been better. Book this now, you won’t regret it.

We mistakenly came while a game was going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel as roads were blocked and none of the officers would move them even though we had a reservation and had to use the road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was wonderful and they gave us a ballpark view which the kids lived.

Great hotel. Great location. Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Provided extra towels and filled our cooler with ice before we made the long trip home. Will stay here every time we come to Cincinnati.

Perfect spot to stay if you are going to a ball game. Valet parking made it quick and easy. Everything was clean and updated. Will stay again if in the area.

My husband and I are frequent at this location. The staff has ALWAYS been so kind and welcoming. Clean facilities and relaxing environments. Great food and so much more to see! We will be back !
