For an older hotel on the outside it was very modern inside. Our room was very up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices at the bar for food and drinks was very reasonable.

The biggest issue was parking. The garage next to the hotel was closed during our stay, leaving guests with limited options: paid valet, an open lot across the street that didn't feel especially secure, or another parking garage about a block and a half away. That wasn't communicated clearly ahead of time and made arriving much more frustrating than expected. The room itself was just average. There was nothing particularly luxurious about it, and the bathroom felt like what you'd find in any standard hotel. One of the most disappointing parts was that the room never really cooled down. Even with the air conditioning turned down as far as it would go, it stayed uncomfortably warm. Noise was another problem. The room doors slam shut very loudly, and around 10:30 p.m. there were children running up and down the hallway, making it difficult to relax or get to sleep. The staff we interacted with were pleasant, and the location was convenient for our Pride weekend, but based on the accommodations themselves, I don't think this property deserves to be marketed as "luxury." It was an average hotel at a premium price, and I expected much more for what we paid.

Not many amenities other than its location to OSU.

I enjoyed my stay. There were a number of activities that we attended so we were busy. But things worked out.

It's unique from the standpoint that Ohio Stadium is a golf shot from the front door. It is close to High Street with numerous shops, restaurants and a concert venue. It is well appointed, clean and the staff could not have been better. The only negative is that their secure parking area was not available, so valet or "nearby" parking were the alternatives. That said, I would gladly stay here again.

Modern, clean, well appointed room. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Very disappointed!! Listed as a 4-star hotel. Room smelled musty. Shower curtain was moldy. Pillows were flat when you put your head down them. Very noisy, people were going up and down laughing and talking until about 1am. Hotel and room very dark, seemed like everything was a 40 watt bulb had trouble seeing . Will NOT be back here. When I complained to the front desk person at check out he said so sorry have a nice day

The self parking garage was closed without notice. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with valet service, however, the entire valet staff refused to park my car due to it being a stick shift. Therefore we were forced to park blocks away and walk to the hotel. When this was mentioned to the front desk they stated the valet service is a different company than the hotel and all they could do was comp breakfast.

The hotel was high end and our room was great! Staff was friendly and efficiently checked us in and out. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is located in a safe area.

Absolutely the best stay my wife and I have had and that’s including beating out Disney world resorts!
