SpringHill Suites Columbus OSU

Stayed one night and the experience was very good. Our room was spacious and the layout was very good. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the dining area was good, too. I was surprised at a $4 per day parking charge. There’s no parking garage, just surface parking on the property. The location is close to OSU and medical facilities, which is convenient. There’s also a Crimson Cup drive-thru coffee shop next door, which is a plus.

Very close to where we needed to be. Easy in and out as well as parking. Comfortable room. Could use some modernization, but overall nice.

I guess it’s BYOP (bring your own pillow)? We had a king suite with fold out sofa. The room had 2 small square pillows and 2 small sofa pillows (throw pillows without pillow cases) on the bed. They wouldn’t bring us pillows, so I had to make 2 trips to front desk to get pillows for the 3 of us in the room.

The room was clean and breakfast was good.

Perfect location for OSU and restaurant options near by.

Would love the pool to be a warmer temp

The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room and the lobby area were very clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than expected, which was hard as we were staying with a group, but overall a great hotel and experience.

My stay here was good, but not perfect. The hotel is well-maintained but fairly standard. On the positive side, my room had a separate shower and toilet area, which was very convenient. On the negative side, the sofa in the room looked dirty. Breakfast was also just okay—nothing special. A good 4-star stay overall.

Crazy good soundproofing. Maybe 30 feet from the freight train, and I never heard a thing, wonderfully restful stay.

We enjoyed our visit. The check in person gave us a printout of restaurants that delivered as we were to tired to eat out. Note: Romeo's deep dish pizza, to us, was great! My only complaint is when we had complimentary breakfast the following morning we had a guy come over and sit at the next table to us. He said he lived down the street. Then proceeded to talk to us about different things. Then got up and came over and asked us for cash. I was going to say something when we got ready to leave but forgot.

Superb

The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.
