Hotel was clean and there was sufficient parking. Wish they had a restaurant and bar tho. At night it was VERY loud. Guests (kids) were slamming their doors until at least 2am and there was lots of hallway noise from, I assume, kids and teenagers running around so it was hard to sleep.

this was the nastiest continental breakfast i’ve ever had.
-
They were refilling the pool and we had to wait to swim! But it was an amazing time

This property was OK to stay couple things that I didn’t like the price online for the parking assesses $20 per day however, when I arrive they told me it was gonna be $25 per day for parking due to seems like in Columbus there’s a lot of theft of cars or breakdowns going on during the night so they do Close the gates in certain areas of the parking lot after a certain time however they make it seem like the parking lot is completely private. It’s not the main entrance has no gate and anyone can come in at any time supposedly the staff members also the Security, but I highly doubt that because their job is to be customer service not to be on front of a security camera 24 hours seven days a week. My room was kind of stinky. I mention it to the front desk. They said they were going to take care of it when I came back to my room, my hotel room still was smelly, like stinky mop, and even the hallway. Now the good things breakfast was pretty decent. It was nice and the pool. The Jacuzzi was pretty nice too in the hotel area and hotel itself has a good present but it’s just those few things that I wanted to point out.

Had to pay for parking $40 for 3 nights. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our room was perfect! The staff was very helpful and breakfast was decent. I love that they have gated parking area. What I don’t like is that we have to pay for parking after we pay hundreds of dollars to stay there.

Coming from Cincinnati the hotel was very nice and clean the breakfast was fresh and amazing most staff was really nice and welcoming there was a thicker white woman at the front desk didn’t seem to happy when it came to her having to help African American her whole body language and facial expressions change and made me feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome because she was clearly joking around with white customers so I checked out we as guests should be treated fairly

The breakfast was hot and delicious. The indoor pool was refreshing and larger than most indoor pools. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Overall, my stay was excellent!

I liked the proximity to the stadium. It was an easy walk back. There was a shuttle to the stadium. When we arrived we were told that our room had been cancelled in sept of last year. He said there were no rooms available. He called another hotel and said they had suite available but it was the only room they had. He tried to send us there. He said that booking.com would eventually refund my money. I called booking.com and they called the hotel. He did not even suggest that we call booking.com. Miraculously they found a room for us. I have a hard time believing that hotel was booked out considering we didn’t see that many ppl while we were there. We also had to pay a $20 fee to park in the parking lot. Which was just a normal parking lot. Seemed very odd. It all seemed odd. Why say it was completely booked and try to send us somewhere else when it clearly wasn’t? There was a positive. There was a shuttle to the stadium.

Pool/ Hot tub area was dirty, no jets in hot tub. No pool towels, no designer toiletries in guest rooms which is stated in the hotel description on webpage. Sorry but Dove ( shampoo, conditioner, lotion & hand soap is not a designer brand/ upscale brand. Pop machines on 2, 4 & 6 floors all broken with out of order signs. 3.00 dollars for a12oz bottle of pop in their grab & go snack area. I asked the hotel front desk for the name of a pizza place that delivered to the hotel was given a flyer but they did not offer delivery. Brown water stain in bathtub. At breakfast juice/water depender stated the filter needed change. No orange juice in depender. There was a orange juice tappaware canister in the refrigerator with the yogurts, hard boiled eggs and cream cheese. Hotel felt randown, outdated and dirty. Our air conditioner stopped working during the night making it 80 degrees in our room. Smells like it was on fire later in the morning when we were checking out. Front desk would have been told except the lady at the desk picked up the phone and had a basket with a hand written sign stating key drop-off. Would not stay here again not worth the 163.97 + 10.00 parking fee + 75.00 dollar refundable fee. I did not feel safe staying here with my two children during our overnight stay. Seat covers on benches and stools in breakfast area were oversized and sloppy looking.

It was updated and nice They charge for parking even though there are signs all over saying they aren’t responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. They also hold $75 for 10 days which I was not made aware of?
