Very bad place to stay in

Love this place me an my husband have been coming here for the last 20 years for date weekends.

Major ant problem, hair found in bathroom and red liquid spots on Walls and ceiling. Found two beetles that I released outside. Other than that it was very quiet. Didn't see many cars or people.

Horrible experience got kicked out by the owner due to me finding an adult toy behind the dresser look like they have not cleaned at all. Rat scratches room smelled really bad and it was a non-smoking room would never stay here ever again especially after getting kicked They accuse us of having too many people when it was just me and my daughter. But Just because My mom and my aunt were just visiting while we were getting ready to go out they said we couldn’t have any visitors I never heard of that before . They were not even going gonna stay the night. They had their own hotel down the street. They were just waiting for us to get ready so we can leave but After the fact that we brought the adult toy to their attention and room not clean all we want was another room and the manager and wife gave us hell about it they didn’t even want to change us room or give us a refund.they straight up, just told us to get her stuff and leave Thank god for hotel.com they came in clutch. We were able to get an a refund and another hotel that was so much better and nicer and cleaner. And more affordable. Thanks to hotel.com credit for the inconvenience. If you’re looking to stay here, just know pictures on their website. Don't look like the actual places. I also heard by the locals after what happened that it’s known for prostitution and one hour room rentals just be aware of the location not clean wasn’t able to get a lot of pictures since he hurried us out of there

Faucet has very minimal water pressure. Had to use water from the shower to the sink. Asked front of desk for towels...they only had 1 towel

My room smelled liked smoke and had a dozen of empty capsules in the drawer. The shower curtains were dirty and stains on the chairs. The beds just felt like springs and found cut finger nails under the bed covers very disgusting. We informed the front desk and also asked to switch rooms bc of how filthy it was and they said “It’s a non smoking room so it doesn’t smell like that, there is nothing we can do just refund.” so I personally looked for the housekeeping lady and she gladly helped us out and switch anything we wanted and apologized for the inconvenience. We had to buy our own disinfecting supplies and freshers to make the stay a bit better. The cheaper option was to deal with it but wouldn’t recommend to stay here again.

I love this place it's great

I was not even able to stay i was offer zero help i had to call hotels.com myself to figure it out at almost 1 am couldnt repurchase couldnt check in wasted a whole hour myself getting help for options. HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A COMPLETE FAIL LEFT US SLEEPING IN MY CAR.

Clean and comfortable

This motel is pretty disgusting, I mean you get what you pay for but at least the staff should have the decency to wipe down the counters and clean the bathroom. The smell was awful. The bedding looked like it wasn’t washed had stains on it.

The room had a few upkeep issues, but nothing to terrible. However, I would not touch the sofa😱 the front desk attendant was efficient and friendly. The ice machine was out of ice, or order. Not sure. But the bed was comfy, shower pressure was great, air worked good and I loved that there was not carpet in the room. Would stay there again.

No microwave in rooms one in office setting quite an inconvenience

Rise staff very condescending and out right rude I'll never think of this chain in any business or personal horrible rather nail my tounge to a burning building

It was decent. Not too many complaints. All the complaints we had they corrected like the parking and the check out time. Other than that I would stay here again.
