Motel 6 San Bernardino, CA - South

There are a lot of homeless people in the corridors walking around the hallways on the property.There is absolutely no security.My car got dinged on the side.There's trash everywhere.There's trash in the hallways.The blankets had cigarette holes in it.The room itself smell.There are homeless people hanging around on the stairs with all their luggage trash in the corner.The concrete hasn't been cleaned.The handrails are sticky and dirty

Very clean rooms. Staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend the stay! Would book again!

My\nRoom had water leaking all over the floor the refrigerator cap lean hope went on to flies outside was very dirty and nasty, not very nice place, not a very clean place, very noisy, very loud, a lot of drug activities, not a best place to come.I wouldn't recommend it at all

Room and towels dirty.

The room had dog hair in the corner by the front door. As I entered the room it had a foul odor. My stay was for work, so I would get off a 12 hour shift at 6:30am and get to the room by 7am, be in bed by 8am. The first day housekeeping banged on the door at around 3pm. The next couple of days after that she would bang on the door at around 10-11am, these two days I felt like it was the police looking for a wanted criminal. Scared me out of my sleep. I did ask front desk if there was any way they could make any accommodation for the time that housekeeping could come by my room and he said that they have set hours when they make their rounds. On the fourth day it was a different housekeeping female and she had a more gentler knock and announcement, which I appreciated. I still didn’t like the fact that she came around at 10am. Otherwise, the place felt safe and quiet for the daytime. I don’t know what it was like during the night.

But unfortunately there were plenty of sketchy looking people around. Many of them appeared to live there with their required pitbulls. There was plenty of tobacco and weed smoke to inhale, loud obscene music, and noisy hood rats making noise well into the night. I don't recommend this motel bcuz of the people.

Homeless people out front and cash deposit required even though already paid in full. Didn’t stay left to find another hotel

Great customer service provided I wished the rooms had a microwave in them it was easy for me to get to the bus stop close by to get to down town San Bernardino where I was able to get the train to Los Angeles I will be staying there every time I come to CA because of the location of the hotel.

This is a Motel(Motel 6 south) that has one microwave for every single unit in all the buildings that are on the property. I think it’s three or four buildings, plus dirt left over from customers. I don’t know how far back stuck between the wedges of the wall. The baseboards and the floors aren’t very well maintained. They need to be mopped, scoured and whatever else; they’re just not clean. The surfaces are dirty. They’re supposed to be a phone in the room. It was something that resemble a phone there, but it wasn’t plugged into the wall or even had a cord. This is a Motel made me feel like I spent the night in a broom closet! There was even a drug dealer on the premises.

There was no breakfast at all. Honestly nothing except the A/C Pillows and blankets. Please don't use winter blankets during summer. Furniture was old. Bathroom door didn't close. Bathroom smell of urine. The light was inside the shower stall. Safety hazard. Trash all over. Trash cans were so filthy. I ended up leaving sooner.
