I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Awful experience.

Staff was very helpful; especially Jessica G. Location was perfect for our trip with several restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend is having a better breakfast option. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and that was the only thing I would recommend they worked on.

Rooms were huge felt like apartment very clean and comfy. There was very minimum breakfast options.

The reviews are great, even other visitors we met raved about this hotel. We just didn’t have a great experience. Our room was not cleaned properly. Upon arrival we had to have housekeeping clean the shower of pubic hair. They did not use sanitation products just wiped up the hair with a rag. When we finally return to our room at 10pm we pulled the comforter back only to find more hair and debris in the bed. We called the front desk to get a whole new set of linens. The attendant that was sent had no idea what linens were needed and handed the sheets to my husband and asked him to do it. We acknowledge he was not properly trained but he refused to ask his manager for help. He left and came back multiple times with ill fitting sheets and a ripped comforter. The manager called and said he needed his worker back because he had other things to tend to and hope it works out for us. We finally got to kids in bed at 1130 without all the proper bedding. Morning management agreed it was unacceptable and would said they would comp us a night because of how ridiculous it became. We had to stay on them about it and never received 25,000 points, I highly doubt that counts as a comped night. Pool area was filled with cigarettes and no towels. Called the front desk for more towels and never showed up. Rooms were spacious

Clean room and comfortable Coffee in the breakfast room was not hot. Front desk staff wear very strong perfume which triggered my migraine.

The place was beautiful from the parking lot to the room. It smelled good too. Breakfast was Buffet style and amazing with many different choices. My kids LOVED the waffle making station the most. They have quality toiletries in the room as well. Dishes were fully stocked in the kitchen and appliances were very nice. The only downside was the sofa bed was kind of sunken in, but that's not really a big deal because that is how sofa beds go sometimes. My oldest still loved having her own space in the "Living room" of the suite.

We Loved our stay ! We stayed for about 10 days or more and they truly made it feel like home ! From the room to the staff shout out Ms Lorie the breakfast lady Ms Jackie can’t forget Mrs Kimberly and truly all the staff at the staybridge if and when we come back to town this will be our spot to stay! P.s thanks for putting up with my boys and all our towel and breakfast requests lol we truly appreciate all of you!
