One of the best experiences ever (and we travel pretty regularly). From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The valet service on site is so incredible (we used a lot of in and out service- and even got us things from our car I forgot -my bad). Great detailed directions and always greeted us with smiles!! Yes it cost, but it’s parking in Chicago so expected that (and still probably would’ve used it purely on the staffing being so friendly). location is phenomenal— navy pier is so easy to get to, shopping is very close, and a wonderful breakfast place around the corner. The room was just a standard Double that faced the city (our choice so our kids could see it). It was clean, fit their crib (they delivered and offered to put together AND provided baby blankets), shower was hot and amazing pressure (it doesn’t look like much but the amazing shower is what prompted my review because it dumps hot water and was a life changer after a 20,000 step day). The hotel was busy (weekend in June) BUT the elevator is like fast fast- even with lines we never waited a crazy amount. The pool was cooler (per my 10 year old) but he still played and had a good time! This is our first time here but we will be back and tell other family members about this hotel.

The hotel was OK, but the staff were all exceptional and very accommodating
-
Not up to standard . Older building not well maintained for the price they are charging. Online help was hard to navigate and then was sent offshore

10/10 would not recommend

Great place and location.

Steps to the Navy Pier and within walking distance to most of the attractions. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The views were amazing. Loved our stay here!
-
The room was clean and modern with a beautiful skyline view. The staff were kind and welcoming. Parking was expensive so I parked elsewhere however there really is no inexpensive parking in this area of Chicago. Convenient location next to the lake and close to navy pier, the riverwalk, fine dining and shopping. It is also. It too far from millennium park, the mag mile, and Michigan Ave.

Amazing property, great views! The staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly!!
-
It was fantastic
-
Breakfast was delicious,! Wished they had a hot tub

The location was great, the room was subpar as far as quality of the room for the price. Also the valet parking was mandatory and $86 a night which was ridiculous. The staff was great though and very accommodating. The tile in the bathroom grout was cracked, the sink was cracked, and did not drain very well, the room was subpar as far as expectations for the price. Valet parking was $86 a night which was ridiculous but mandatory to stay there.

Superb

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Great bar drinks, but food was substandard. No classic Chicago food offerings. Great patio area to watch Navy Pier fireworks, but a lot of cigarette butts on the ground. Why not put out ashtrays? Pool and outdoor deck were very dreary. Why not paint a mural and have the doorway open between the deck and the pool? Short walk to the Navy Pier.
