Centrally located - walkable to multiple sites and close to metro

Room was clean. The boiler went out and we were without hot water for a day and half the night. Compensated with 10,000 bonyou points.

It was a little confusing that I was told every room was considered a Sweet, but other than that the parking situation was probably the worst part

Stay was good

Room had a bad Oder as soon as we walked in you could have smelled it. We found a cockroach and we were moved immediately to a different room which was not what I paid for. Overall we only stayed since my daughter went to summer smash it was the closest. The breakfast was good and our view in our first room was nice but they down graded us.

Good breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable. I have stayed in suites like this before and I preferred it better to a regular rooms. Only thing i did not like was the fact that i had to take two elevators to get to our room. Lobby was on a second floor of the building, then another elevator to the rooms. But really was not a big deal. We walked everywhere around downtown Chicago with no problem, so location was a big plus

Loved the staff and how caring they were! The rooms were amazing after a long day exploring.

Loved that they let us check in early without any fees. Our flight landed early and we really wanted to rest.

Surprised the cleaning staff didn't address this issue with management. No other rooms available, I checked out the next morning. Room is also outdated especially the bathroom which is not maintained.

Pretty nice hotel, the way to get to the lobby is confusing. Staff is super friendly. The rooms and bathroom are mid. Also not great views

The location is excellent one block from River walk, walking distance to a lot of places, restaurants. No bikes, No pool. Daily breakfast was fine.
