Clean room & friendly staff

Staff was friendly and responsive but there were too few of them. No room service unless requested, even towels being refreshed. Parking was confusing. It was not clear that parking garage fees could be charged to the room, which resulted in our paying the garage and then the hotel for the samer time period. Hotel was not helpful in resolving this double-charge.

Charges $35 for early checkin or $5 per bag to bell check until checkin time.

Not the worst

My experience was great overall! No issues from me. Will highly recommend this hotel for visits often in the future.

desk staff was wonderful! went above & beyond to make me feel at home when i got sick on vacation.

Good place to stay right in the heart of Chicago. Will be back.

Friendly staff

The staff was friendly, but cleanness could be improved. Hallway rugs stained, doors in room where dirty and floors in bathroom had pubic hair from previous guest. Stayed because there were no other rooms available.

Very good

Right in the city, garage next to hotel. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There wasn't one thing we didn't like.

Staff customer service was excellent! Mattresses weren't terrible. Slightly leaky toilet and sink meant plumbing noises a lot. Not well soundproofed, so loud hallway conversations were easily heard. Such a convenient location, good FREE breakfast, close to many attractions, helpful off-street loading lot. Great value for right downtown.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the breakfast options were adequate. We had an issue with the shower not getting hot enough and they have someone there to fix it within 5 minutes. A wonderful stay.

A perfect stay all the way around. Would be nice if on weekends the bar was open for Bloody Marys or mimosas.

Make sure you ask for what you need because certain items weren’t being replaced. It been 12 hrs since I checked out and I don’t have a receipt for my stay. Everything else was really good.

The cost of parking. $64 a day. That is insane.

It was located conveniently in downtown area.The breakfast was good., For the price, the quality was not as good.
