I loved the Hotel Lincoln! Perfect location, loved walking Lincoln Park in the mornings. Pretty and safe neighborhood. Found a great deli/wine shop five minute walk away. Room was very clean and the best part was the staff! Everyone from the desk staff to the maintenance crew to the coffee shop employees were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean and the location can not be more perfect! Loved walking through Lincoln Park in the mornings and strolling around the neighborhood, found a great local deli/wine shop only 5 minute walk. Excellent restaurant downstairs too. The best part was the staff! Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the maintenance crew to the coffee shop. Only down side was slow elevators, one was not working for the first day. Still, not a big deal. Highly recommend! I will definitely stay here again.

The room did not look like the photos used online- later found that the photos used were of newly renovated rooms in the building. Theirs is no parking like it claims as well, had to park on the street and pay for street parking and it was terrifying as a female alone walking back from my car at night.

The staff were pleasant. My room the first night was dated and the shower flow too light. It was a room for the disabled but it is in need of an upgrade. The suite that I was upgraded to on the 7th floor was really nice, spacious clean, modern with great lighting. The AC system is noisy. The restaurant staff were really pleasant and the food really good. The roof deck bar is fun spot but if there is a corporate event you are limited to the inside bar and seating can be tough to secure. I would stay there again as the neighbourhood is lovely and the views of the lakeshore are fantastic and the park and zoo and nice experience. Special shout out to Angel who was really kind and helpful. Hoping the third floor rooms get an upgrade. Overall a nice stay.

Rooftop is amazing, staff is great, but the food could improve a bit.

Great staff. Great rooftop bar. The only minor complaint that I have is no refrigerator in the room. It's good for leftovers and beverages. We bought a soft sided cooler and used ice, which is a pain.
-
The hotel itself is very old and run down. There are no amenities to speak of except for the rooftop bar. The staff was very nice but the prices are too high for the quality of the hotel itself.
-
The staff was above and beyond accommodating as our party members grew. We’re grateful for the top notch support! Very clean room with daily cleaning and turn down service was not expecting this.

Overall a nice hotel. For the price, the room was small, the a/c was so loud and the towels were very cheap. Thinnest towel I’ve ever had at a hotel, tattered on the sides and it actually ripped while I was drying off. I would stay here again for sure but i think they could do better with the quality of the little things.

The only strange thing was the only accessible outlets were in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit outdated. The hotel is going through a renovation. Good restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar is great. I would stay here again.

Location was great that’s about it - very worn out - elevator constantly breaking down - bathroom so small it was hard to use toilet

This hotel has a great location but it is so tired. The “newly renovated rooms” are clean but very basic. I won’t be staying here again.

Overall not good. Too many things to list.

Location No cold water, (you can't take a shower or take pills because the water is so hot). no television, no phone to call front desk with problem. At Checkout U noticed guests were offered water at check 8n, we were not. They offered coffee or cocktail, not to us. The room is tiny, they call them suites, absolutely ridiculous for 300 a night. Very disappointed.

We had a renovated room which was great but the elevator was broken, so it took a bit to get up and down. Location was great!
