Our room had an adjoining room (not travelling with them) . The sound insulation was bad. They had their TV on around 5 AM and they were on their phone talking woth someone else. We could hear them!!!
-
Basic breakfast fare in spacious dining area. Wonderful and attentive staff. My only suggestion is for laundry to accept cards - quarters only is inconvenient.

Telephone and TV did not work. You would assume that this issue would have been identified before the room was rented again. We were never informed about the status. When we went to front desk the next day we were told they couldn't reach us!! Well - that was because the phone in the room wasn't working " because of a problem in the box". Ugh

Very homey

Great hotel if going to museum, aquarium, or planetarium, less than 15 minute walk. The included breakfast was good. Hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes, selection of breads and pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. Our room was a studio suite sleeping good for 2 adults and 1 child, but might be tight if 4 adults or older kids. Some traffic and noise from the el train could be heard from room. Valet parking was super nice but pricey. But parking is limited and expensive throughout the city.

Central location. Staff was super friendly.. especially the front desk! Rooms clean and spacious!
-
location was great, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived during check in but the staff was accommodating and nice. decent size hotel room! love the kitchenette. beds were so comfortable. loved our view!
-
Basic place, decent for a shorter stay. Breakfast is not revelatory, but it's there with a few hot options and standard continental materials. Coffee surprisingly good. Place could use an update, but not dying for it. There will be lots of families and people with pets and all of their related sounds, so not necessarily the best long-term stay for someone on business.

Friendly cleaning staff, clean rooms, and great stay.

The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Everything was clean. The house keeping staff put our dishes in the dishwasher when they clea which was very helpful. My only critique is that the kitchen that we had in our room could have been better stocked. Mainly we only had a frying pan to cook with. We made pasta one night and could have used a pot and a strainer to drain the water. We also could have used more of the dishwasher power to run the dishwasher more than once. It worked mostly but a second pouch would have been useful.

It was a quick trip for daughters graduation so hotel was convenient to the event location. It was in a nice spot near Michigan Ave. A Traders Joe was close so we could get a few things. Overall was pleased.

I loved the location! It's walking distance to the stadium (about 16 minutes). There were food options all around, including a cute coffee/bakery spot next door! The beds were comfy and we had a full size fridge in our suite! The staff were not very helpful or friendly. We asked for extra blankets and they asked us to come down to the front desk so we did. They gave us a bunch of mattresses toppers as blankets. When we checked in the man was not making any eye contact and didn't tell us which elevators to use as there are 2 different elevators. Just not very inviting or helpful
-
Close proximity to Soldier field Expensive for just a king room, the staff was okay but nothing spectacular. We asked for towels and was told We had to come down to get them. At over $659 a night I expect to have towels brought up to our room. The lobby was basic and didn’t have much in the store as it was pretty empty (didn’t even have water available). Room could have been cleaner.

Very nice room, staff at front desk was ok. Valet was excellent.

The rooms were large and clean. I personally appreciated that cleaning was every other day (but would come every if needed). Breakfast was better than most free breakfasts and we definitely got use out of the in room refrigerator and ice maker. It was all a breeze and we will probably book our next Chicago stay here.

Staff was friendly. Room was amazing! Definitely will stay again

Clean room, very friendly staff, great safe area walking distance to many spots like Shed Aquarium and Field Museum. Be aware only offer valet parking at $70 per evening. Overall good choice
-
I liked that it was within walking distance of Rate Field
-
Pool and hot tub were awesome for this stay. Great to have a functional kitchen. I enjoy this format a lot more than traditional hotels. Staff is helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast is not good, but there are a lot of great cafes and breakfast spots within walking distance.
