Nice and convenient location great location.

The hotel is in a great location in Chicago. It is a massive big hotel. A bit outdated but room was clean and bed was very comfortable. For some reason it was not cleaned or serviced every day. Overall, had a good stay.

Very clean and room was nice. Plenty of room and our room had 2 bathrooms which was nice for my nephews to have their own separate bathroom. We're already booking again for another trip in September!

We loved that the property has a little shop on the main level for snacks and a Starbucks. Rooms are outdated but still very cozy . Luggage holding is available if your room isn't ready or if you go early due ti flight times, etc . Staff were very helpful and polite

I loved almosteverything about this place

Everything was great, except check in. The line was very long and not enough people working behind the desk to get people checked in. Also, the property restaurants and surrounding area food, etc. is very expensive to what we are used to paying (attended the Morgan Wallen concert in Chicago on 6/20 and came from WI.). Parking is on site, which was great. Hotel was clean with very helpful staff. Our room was quiet, but not a very great view. I am sure the lake view is beautiful from some of the other rooms. Overall, I would give this place a 4.5 rating.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were extremely kind.

5 star stay! The staff was nice, housekeeping came to our room each day. It was a cool building since it’s historic. We also appreciated the location. This hotel met our needs for our busy weekend in the city

Great hotel. Location is excellent. Only issue is if you get a lake front view, the noise from the street can be bothersome. Racing motorcycles, sirens, loud music just echo on up the face of the building

I chose Hilton Chicago because it is a historic building and has a magnificent view on the millennium park. Location was great and the architecture was fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are large. The bathroom is small, and there is no amenities. The room is covered with a dark carpet. Not sure how clean this is. We can slightly open the windows for ventilation. The rooms need renovation, but that is part of the cons of staying in a historical building. 2 nights was just right.
