    Hotel is conveniently located, but needs TLC. Had issues with appliances and TV not working, dents and scratches on walls. Some staff are friendly, others would barely look up from their phones to offer assistance. It's the cheapest hotel in the area for a reason; you get what you pay for. Wouldn't stay there again.

    Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great for what we were doing. We stayed with two young kids and it was a good experience.

    Great location. Comfy bed. Grey water pressure. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was we didn’t get maid service once the whole time we were there. We got 2 towels for 4 people and had to keep calling for more. We asked for service 3 times because our trash was overflowing. That and slow elevators.

    Demasiado caro, para lo que es el hotel. Tuvimos problemas con la entrega de habitación. El Check in era a las 15 horas y nos entregaron la habitación a las 19:50 horas. La empleada de recepción de nombre Ashley es imcomprensible que está persona trabaje como recepcionista. Pondremos una queja formal a Expedia y a Hilton sobre lo ocurrido.

    The staff members were welcoming and patient. Different channels on TV to watch. My teenage children had to sleep on a pull out bed. One flat, dirty pillow each, blanket with giant hole in one corner of it and a squeaky and uncomfortable bed overall. I had to use cleaning wipes when we arrived for door handles, light switches, toilet and spots on the shower. The breakfast was poor overall. Dried out items, not many choices, and things weren't refilled. Also don't like not having stairs to get from the ground floor to the floor we stayed on. Worst part of this stay was not having a parking lot for our vehicle and having to walk to the parking deck.

    We waited over 4 hour past check in time for our room which wasnt even what we booked. They lowered the price but didnt say we were getting an entirely different room as well. The shower was still dirty, ice machine didnt work on our floor, and the window was open when we got into our room and it smelled really weird. Over all not impressed and would not stay here again. I guess a cleaner had walked out during a shift but other people were also waiting and we were all told 30min for our rooms which was never true. We were all stuck waiting hours.

    The room service was very unsatisfactory. Despite requesting room cleaning, our requests were not handled properly. During our one-week stay, our room was cleaned only twice, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The room also lacked basic amenities. There was no toothbrush provided, and even toothpaste was not available in the room — we had to get it from the front desk ourselves. Basic items that guests normally expect from a hotel should not require extra requests or effort. Overall, the hotel’s service, housekeeping, and guest support were far below acceptable standards. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

    We love Home2 the stay was nice and the room was excellent. My only complaint is the parking which was very expensive and we should at least get some kind of discount. 60$ a day is really high.

    Do not stay at this hotel! Extremely dirty room. We had hairs in our bed , called and asked for housekeeping, an hour went by ... nobody , called back down then a guy shows up and hands me the sheets ! not even right size. we needed towels asked housekeeper she said she couldn't give us any because she didnt have our room so we had to go downstairs and ask . the food/drink for sale were completely cleaned out not even a bottle of water to buy! the only thing nice about hotel was the lady at desk at 1 am when we checked in! otherwise completely disappointed and disgusted

    The location and views are perfect. The staff didnt seem to care that housekeeping wasn't done. We had a 7 night stay and only was provided turn down twice after complaining it wasnt getting done.

    Central to most activities. Free breakfast in the morning Room wasn’t ready until 7:30pm Stayed for a week and our room was only cleaned once Had to constantly ask for towels because we wouldn’t get our room cleaned

    I loved the views and the room was clean. It was a bit crowded but that's actually a good thing it means many people loved the hotel.
