It is a recently renovated hotel, very well located, several restaurants around, very quiet.
-
The staff were very welcoming, and helpful.

My only gripe is the guys outside my window around 0730, banging around. They were cleaning windows in this section and were a constant presence until we checked out.

Room wasn't serviced the entire week I was there. Had to go ask twice for fresh towels. Construction in the lobby was messy and noisy. Overall an uncomfortable, difficult place.

This hotel doesn’t have soundproof windows. I felt like I was sleeping on the street. I barely slept all night.

Nice, clean room located right downtown.

I enjoyed my stay.. However, the rooms are a bit small, great atmosphere and very clean.

Location is great, only good thing about this property The hotel is moving to Marriot and saying that it’s a mess it is an understatement. Let’s start from the basics. The property advertises free WiFi and a communal kitchen. I discovered upon arrival that the kitchen is being used as staff storage so it cannot be used. The WiFi was not working for 2 days straight, and I was given countless wrong information by employees. Result: instead of working from the comfort of my room I had to go out and find a coffee shop with reliable connection for 2 days. There is construction everywhere in this hotel and contractors started working at 7am on a Saturday morning. The personnel is clueless, nobody seems to know what is happening. On top of all this, there is an insanely loud bar at the ground floor, day and night. I was told I’d get a partial refund, several days in I am still waiting. Find somewhere else to book if you’re on the fence

It’s a hidden gem in downtown with a good location. A few things weren’t working. (Some lights, uneven curtains, Ac/heater couldn’t be adjusted)

I probably wouldn’t stay again due to the room size, but besides that the hotel is nice! I’d recommend this if you’re a single traveler and don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

The room was way smaller than expected and the set up of the room was awkward. To walk between the bed and bathroom, my partner and I had to let the other person pass. That’s how small it was. It got stuffy fast, but the AC did work okay. TV was to the side of a wall from the bed at an odd angle to be able to watch TV. Water did get hot and stayed hot but took awhile to get hot and you have to get wet to be able to turn it on due to the angle and size of the shower. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way so it stayed open. Called a few times and staff wouldn’t answer because it would only be one receptionist working at a time. Positives are the location, which is what we mainly got it for, and a cute bar attached to it open til midnight. They are also under construction right now so lobby is being worked on currently, but accessible. Overall my experience was okay, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
