Amazing staff, safe location, and beautiful property! If and when I return to Chicago, I will be staying here!

Spacious rooms, clean, and great location.

You can tell the rooms were once beautiful, but there is evidence of water damage, and extensive wear and tear on all of the interior finishes. The bedroom ceiling also shows water damage from above. The drain is also slow.

Front desk people not very helpful.

Best hotel ever for my 1st time in Chicago. Staff was great and helpful and rooms were super clean. Very highly recommend and would love to return

Friendly staff, clean facility and the close proximity to a lot of point of interests. My only complaint is how the walls are paper thin. A couple below us woke us up in the middle of the night doing what many couples do but since the walls are too thin, we can hear every bit of the noises they made. Even the sound of ambulance sirens , (yes plural) and cars honking couldn’t drowned the noise they made. It was so awful that when we thought it was over and we were about to fall asleep, it happened again and again and again! They talked and laughed in between and we can hear their conversations. I hate that my son had to hear all that. Thankfully, it only happened that night because I was ready to check out and get another hotel room if it happened again on our second night. Also, we had late lunch at their restaurant. It was mediocre at best so we never ate there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the location, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Would for sure book again.

Great Staff

The room itself was clean, which was a positive. However, the windows were very dirty and this really spoiled what should have been a great view. The location is good and probably the main reason to stay here, but in all honesty, that’s what you’re really paying for. There are definitely better hotels in the same area for a similar price. Overall, if you’re happy to deal with long waits for parking and a lack of clarity on arrival, this hotel may suit you. Personally, I felt the welcome could have been much better, and small touches—like refilling the water bottles in the room—were missing.

Clean room, convenient location, good service! Everything it needed to do it did.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower leaked out on to floor. Had to put a towel down to soak up the water and wasn’t crazy about the lights shining through the shower stall into the bedroom.

The cable TV doesn't work very well at all. If you change the channel, it won't, it'll just sit there on a blank screen. Know that there is a tourist tax; notified upon checking in. Even being on the 24th flr, there's nooo sound barrier from the street or the elevator & room doors constantly slamming. Reported issue with the shower that the cleaning service somehow messed up and was rushed off the phone while trying to report it.

Had a blast in Chicago , enjoyed our room staff was very accommodating and helpful will be returning

Beautiful view, beautiful stay & the Staff were so nice. This location is perfect to everything no rental car needed!! 🔥🔥 il definitely be staying here again.

Great place

Everything was just okay. The shower could have been cleaner, looks like there was some mildew or mold.

Clean

Location. The room. The fluffy towels. Fast elevators. Views. Staff. Couldn’t open the balcony doors to get some fresh air. Pillows were too squishy.
