Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and courteous.

I would not recommend staying here. We booked a king room and were given two doubles and told tough sh!t basically. They were not accommodating at all. When we returned from dinner we tried to login and watch a movie and there was no “free” or even PAID wifi! We called down to the front desk to inquire and we were told they would send someone up to check it out. They never came. For the cost of this hotel the staff should be more concerned about guests requests especially for paying for these things. The door in our bathroom was broken and caused an injury to our son as well. It lifted his thumb nail because it slammed on him bc the door handle in the inside was broken. Don’t stay here! Stay somewhere that people care and our attentive to staff.

Very disappointed, very dirty

It would be nice to have more tables for breakfast guests.

The day of check in, tv did not work for about 3 hours. We were told it was due to the rain, however it was not raining that entire time… we kept having to ask for bathroom tissue. We were literally out (4 ladies) it was not acceptable

Not very clean

The bartender at the 530pm reception was so friendly! He made my daughter a kiddie drink since it was her 5th birthday!!
-
Very nice suite hotel. Best breakfast of any hotel for free, including an omelet bar. My only suggestion would be to put a magnifying mirror in bathroom and more creamers for in room coffee maker. Two little creamers does not work for two people.

Breakfast and manager happy hour were very crowded

Clean! Great breakfast and great location. We have stayed in many different Chicago hotels and this one was a great surprise. We had no idea how well it was run and how nice it was inside. We would return for sure.

Great experience! Great location!! Close to train to get to the ballpark!

Breakfast was really nice and our room was clean and nice! It was a great little vacation for us. Do not rely on their elevators if you need to leave quickly though! Even though there are 4 or 5 elevators, we still found ourselves waiting 15-20 minutes for one during busy times such as breakfast.
