The wifi and tv in our room was super slow. I also didnt realize wifi wasn't included in our booking, I had to create a reward account to use it in my room.

The hotel is great, staff - amazing, hotel - clean/maintained. That said, it’s WAAYY too much money. But, I guess it is downtown Chicago.

This is an older hotel, 1978, so there are some signs of time. The hotel and rooms are clean, unfortunately everything is showing the daily ware and tear and needs refreshing. The staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful even during the chaos of check-in, check-out. Restaurant staff, was nice cordial, except our last day. We had a new server who was rather unpolished for the job he was performing. Food was done well, for breakfast... breakfast was the only time we were there.

Great location with helpful staff. Very dated, non-transparent prices. Awful food, dirty room/carpet. Walls were so thin that I could hear guest next door vomiting all night. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I brought this to their attention and I was told this was what I paid for. The desk agent also said the Murphy bed was like all the other beds in the hotel. No so. The room next to ours had 2 regular size/type beds. The whole experience was very much “take it or leave it “.
