Its a clean hotel with a great staff and great location. However, for me the lack of a desk and chair and ceiling lights in the bedroom was an issue.

From check-in to checkout this was a great hotel in a wonderful location. Walk to shopping and dining with ease. If you are traveling around Charlotte area like I was, it was a great place to use as a hub.

It was cool. Had several issues with the WiFi. Staff was helpful. Stay was pricey. Prices dropped when I left.. seems like they monitor behavior on the site. Cleaners threw away things I needed.. stuff that wasn’t in the trash or near the trash. Very upset with that. Wish breakfast was included.

Bar on top roof is nice and the bartender is very good and fun! The Japanese restaurant is great! I will be back for sure!

The hotel was nice clean and quite check in was easy loved the rainfall shower The bed was uncomfortable felt like a water bed, the view was the worst too many trees, did not have a pool or complimentary breakfast which should be included in pricing

The hotel is in the perfect location, right across from south park mall. I walked to every place I had to go! It’s super clean and staff was super helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast is amazing too!
