Great Staff and Breakfast ! Clean hotel and surfoundings. Very nice outdoor pool, great to have while staying in Charlotte.

Great location, many great restaurants nearby and the Mall for shopping. Always stay at DoubleTree SouthPark when in town.

The property was beautiful and clean. Our room was maybe a little outdated, but spacious, clean, and functional which is what we cared about the most. We had a room that was near the pool that we could easily access from our room—which was a really great feature. Friendly staff, even during a very late check-in. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

The whole property felt completely outdated and left me feeling bamboozled from their photos on the website. The showerhead rope had a crack so we dealt with a puddle of water after every shower. There were old food particles all over the sitting chairs, they didn’t have an extra set of comforters, the list goes on. The staff tried their best to accommodate but I left feeling that the level of quality DoubleTree once had, no longer exists. My parents stayed at the Homewood Suites and I will book there next time…Good Luck!

Spacious room

There’s not much parking at this facility so if they booked to capacity it’s hard to find parking. If there were other areas too park, it wasn’t made clear to us when we checked in. Also, there was an incident where my friend who was staying at the hotel with us, was called a racial slur by another person who was staying at the hotel. When my friend went to go talk to the front desk staff about it was just brushed off and nothing was done.

We liked very much having a double bedroom suite for my family. Except one, the AC controll of each room? The bedrooms were both a little stuffy, and No way to open the ceiling vents? Other than that issue, we were pleased with our accommodations. Thank you
