Clean, comfortable bed. Arrived to check in at midnight, no hot water for a much needed shower in our room & advised they would look at it in the morning. Technician came and advised set at Luke warm, which is not acceptable. Only one coffee cup provided and requested 2nd one never arrived.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the temperature control. Our room felt too hot at night and the temperature on the thermostat did not feel accurate. Also, i wanted the option to leave the fan on constant instead of auto
