Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake

Room was clean and roomy. Couch wasn’t very comfortable to sit on but everything else was fine. Dinner/happy hour was very nice. Busy but staff handled it beautifully. Breakfast was very good. Again, busy but staff was on it! We also got the $5 desserts available from 5:30-7:30. Highly recommend. Very yummy. All the staff are so friendly! Property is very well taken care of and I highly recommend. We stayed in a king, 2-room suite on the 6th floor. I would stay again in the future.

Helpful friendly staff, nice breakfast and dinner

We didn’t use the spa or pool areas, so I can’t comment on those. We also didn’t go out to explore the surrounding area, so again can’t comment on that. The parking lot was free parking, was well lit at night, and they had security patrolling. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our room again to stay overnight on our way home, too. Charlotte was a halfway point for us on our trip. I highly recommend this property, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future.

The perks were awesome and the breakfast was good. Very nice hotel but I didn’t like that there were people standing around the corners of the building that didn’t seem to have rooms there.

I don’t remember the manager’s name (the one with very short hair), but she was incredibly courteous and made a genuine effort to ensure every guest had a great stay. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary evening “snacks,” which were substantial enough to be considered a full dinner. On top of that, each adult received two free drinks. I’ve never experienced complimentary dinner and drinks at any other hotel. They also offered free popcorn for guests throughout the day. The amenities, value, and level of service truly exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed and would choose a Drury property anytime I have the opportunity. Kudos to Drury Hotels for setting such a high standard!

I thought the food offerings were mediocre. I stayed at a LaQuinta in Marietta that provided fresly made fajitas that were delicious, best ive had at a hotel but I dont know that those were offered. The breakfast offerings were meager as well, there was no grits or pancakes. We're in the south. And the popcorn was sparingly offered. As for service, I was particularly disturbed that I had to remind the staff to service the room and fix the drain in the sink multiple times.

The room had no trash bags in any of the trash cans. The bathroom had spots on the wall, but other than that enjoyed my stay very well.

This was the perfect location for our trip. Thankfully there was parking to accommodate our truck & trailer. The hotel is very nice, has a bar/restaurant, free breakfast and snacks in the evening. It's also close to everything we needed.

We were looking forward to another stay here since we had such a good experience last year, mostly because of the unexpected free food during their Kickback hours. Unfortunately, the food this time was not very good at all. We probably won't be coming back next year.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! Property security patrol the premises makes sure you're safe!! Amazing breakfast, and dinner buffet!! Very well cleaned pools!! ☺️ Just don't try go outside the property after hrs expecially if you're a woman, you are still in Charlotte 😅

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!! I normally frequent Charlotte a lot & I stay uptown. I was referred here by a relative who stays here a lot & I absolutely fell in love with Drury Inn. The employees are very friendly & I loved the kickback in the evening. It’s especially in a good area near everything. Will be staying again & again.
