Staff and Valet was professional.

While the staff is nice, the owners don't care about the property or don't have the money to upkeep it. I'm not going to go into detail but almost not part of the hotel felt like it was worth the money. Until they have renovated, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere. Right across the street at the Hilton for the same price, I had a much better experience.

This was my first time staying at this particular hotel brand. I came in for a conference at the BJCC which the drive from the hotel was not bad (9mins). Room was clean. Room temperature is controlled by the front desk which was something different that I never experienced at a hotel. I only had to adjust once. Ashley, front desk staff was very nice and helpful answering questions and assisting even when it was close to shift change late at night. I would stay at this hotel again if visiting the area next time

The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and hard working! The hotel itself is old, and the decor is a little weird, with a lot of pics of vials and pharmacy related things. Just a bit strange. The room was great, but just an old property.

First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests. The bed was comfy, but there was "matter" on the curtains. The food was great, but the hotel isn't properly staffed. Most of my issues were not the staff, but the property management other than the room not being cared for properly. I wouldn't stay there again. Also the cost of valet per night $39 is the same as self parking unless you park on the street which doesn't look the safest.

Great hotel!
-
Floor was sticky, tables in the living room area was sticky. A/C did not work all night. Room temperature stayed around 78-76 the entire stay.
-
Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
-
Its locked in the room...ridiculous. 1st room we were in the sink was clogged and leaked so moved to a different room. Bathroom doors dont shut all the way, farm style doors that just slide over
-
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip though and I still enjoyed my stay, and will return!

-
My heater didn’t work at all
-
Commode was too low to the floor.
-
The location was close to the concert venue we went to. Indifferent front desk staff, bathroom was filthy.
-
Wonderful location, friendly staff, and clean. The elevator was broke,n which was not ideal, but I got my steps in! Hopefully, they have fixed the issue.
-
The elevator didn't work. Beds need to be replaced
-
People were friendly Room was good Parking garage utterly filthy Toilet seat broken

There needs to be a few things fixed by maintenance. For instance, my shower door handle fell off. Could use some cosmetic touch ups like chipping paint, but overall very nice. I loved my king suite. Reasonably priced, too.
