Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB

Check in was slow but we were an hour or more earlier Helped us find ways to deal with it and we’re h lpful

Check in was crazy. App said I was checked in got there and had to wait two hours. So i worked on my computer in lobby. The staff, Didn’t seem to know what was going on.

Friendly staff with comfortable and clean room!

The Blaze Grill was really disappointing. The food took over 40 minutes and it wasn't hot when it came out. Service was poor in communication and service response.

I will never stay again at this hotel. Many better choices closeby

This property was nothing short of amazing. Plus it was very convenient in the activities we had planned. Will definitely be back.

Great Hotel I stay there every time I come to Birmingham I love the place service is great and people are great.

Had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant and bar were awesome, with great food, drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. The convenience of having everything right there made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ N/A

Buffet Breakfast was good and great service

Be prepared to pay $15 to park. There is a restaurant on the LL of the hotel, prices did not look that bad, however we opted to walk to a nearby restaurant because there are plenty to choose from.

Hotel was fine and rooms were clean, but the staff was rude. The front desk staff were short with us, and the onsite restaurant was the worst. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive, rude, and inconsiderate. They made it very apparent that they did not want to serve our group, or any group for that matter.

Enjoyed the high-end bathroom shower and fixtures, and lighted makeup mirror by the sink. Loved the city view. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to UAB hospital where my spouse received a medical procedure. The in-house restaurant was nice, with good food and service.
