Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

Hotel was nit clean. Couple was screaming at each other in the hallways early AM. Room smelled like smoke. Overall the value for a 1 night stay was steep compared to the quality of the hotel and the area its in. Nowhere near worth $250/night

Great clean room. Enjoyed the stay.

I liked the outdoor area and fire pit. It was broken when we got there but they had it fixed by the fourth night. Good location but could use a restaurant and better maintenance. Ice makers in every room but don’t work. Wanted us to buy ice in ziplock bags from shop. Hot tub not working. TV’s very limited. Siding/trim on building actually dangling in the breeze causing noise. It fell on the second day and was still there in the bushes when we left on Day 5!

We had a 6 night stay. Visiting family locally. Property so well located. Staff very helpful. Our room was ground floor and near rear entrance. Great breakfast included. Laundry on site. Our suite was like a small apartment. Full kitchen and fridge. Very comfortable beds and premium bedding. Bathroom and shower all very adequate. Loved the light cleaning every 2 days. We will definitely stay again & again.

Only one elevator for the entire wing.

Great location. About 25 minutes or less anywhere in the city or surrounding suburbs. They only clean once a week if but refresh towels every other day.

The air conditioner was very loud when it started and I didn't feel safe completely in the bathtub it was slippery need tub mat but everything else was nice staff was nice property was clean breakfast was great but my door stuck a little when I opened it had to shove it open a little and the light over the small table in the kitchen didn't work but I would stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

Room was spacious and clean but air conditioner was too noisy.

The receptionist did a big mistake giving our room to my son and his family because we’re sharing same family name. My son was booked a suite with 2 rooms and we booked a one room suite. He arrived before us and checked in our room. So to fix the problem take lots of time. Although we booked this hotel because they have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. When we arrived we discovered swimming pool was closed because the distribution company didn’t come to put the chemicals to open the swimming pools.

Property is beyond aged, like it's needs to be totally refreshed. Bedding is actually ripped and stained. Asked front office staff on how to take the train to get downtown, they had no idea. Odd! I'm honestly trying to be kind.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Pool was closed for maintenance which was very disappointing as this was a big part of why we stayed. It was a nice stay nonetheless

Great stay!! Everyone was super nice, and the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great!
