Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

I spent on night at this hotel. I did not use any of the facilities. The room was comfy the only complaint is the toilet is extremely low and hard to get up for those with bad knees.

The room was to dusty. Breakfast was good

I’m disappointed of Embassy Suites because this property is VERY old. The rooms are so outdated, beds were horrible and one of them was broken and slanted. The sofa was super old. Just don’t recommend

Most disgusting experience and humiliating experience would never stay in this piece of trash hotel ever again it started from people being killed here years ago. The accommodations are below standard for the price of the rooms. Please save yourself the time and frustration and spend your money elsewhere the breakfast isn’t even what it used to be

Room was clean except for 3 red spots on the carpet, breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I arrived just before 7pm and my room wasn't ready. I had to wait 1/2hr to get my room. I was given a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar.

Exceptional

Called down to the front desk and no answer. Went down and requested a pack and play for my child and they said they would have maintenence bring one up. After an hour of them not coming I tried calling the front desk and no answer. He fell asleep and we had to have him sleep on the bed. They have removed the vanity in the bathrooms so you can't even set a tooth brush down in there without it falling into the sink. The floors were very dirty and just did not smell clean in the room.

Location convenient; love 2 rooms for good price; great breakfast with omelet bar included. Staff courteous. Only one working elevator caused delays.

It was fine . They have been remodeling for years but the rooms look the same

Our stay was pleasant. Our room was cleaned. The bed was comfortable. They always make sure we had clean towels. I will tell you the hair dryer was very sticky and head all kinds of black hair on it. I did wipe it down with a baby, wipe I had with us. To the amenities we aren’t we weren’t happy with were the food was not even subpar and the swimming pool we were able to use it one day but the last day we were there it was closed and there was no reason given so that was a disappointment. Other than that it was a good stay.

Sink messed up in bathroom. Something caught fire Sunday morning.

Congested breakfast, missing items, fire alarm went off after smoke in the kitchen, no employees around. Shower didn’t have enough soap.

Nice hotel.

Air conditioning not wprkong it was too cool and we tried to oncewase temperature to only aee cold air coming out .. asked front desk staff but they said no one available to look.. phone never worked to call maintenance pr front desk .. we complained but no action taken

This property is in need of a makeover. The beds need new mattress. Our 1st room was handicapped and only had a pedestal sink. There was no vanity, therefore, no place to put your toothbrush , shaving cream, etc. the beds were terrible. After a really bad night of little sleep we ask for another room. The staff found another room and the beds were somewhat better. The atrium is beautiful and buffet breakfast is good.

Nice view with great sun light. Breakfast was very nice. Could have been cleaner. Need better upkeep like maintenance.

Knobs broken in faucet and door

The room had large stains on the floor the size of dinner plates. Two of three elevators weren’t working and didn’t even have a sign to let people know they were out of order. The breakfast is far too small for the large numbers of diners so there were no tables and half the food was out with 45 minutes left for breakfast, and they wouldn’t refill anything. No fruit, no waffles, the drink machines, etc all empty and the line for omelets was over 30 minutes long.

Nice clean room. I really enjoyed the bar staff. So friendly and fun
