We booked this room for my mom - my dad was having a procedure at Cleveland Clinic and she needed to be close. It was convenient and fit the bill for her overnight stay perfectly. Thank you!

I have nothing to complain about my stay.

The bathroom floor was dirty.

Shiny new and clean. Full kitchen in room. Clean new gym. Outdoor picnic table. Close to everything. Helpful staff. Many fob entry points so easy from car to room and vice versa. Walkable to good enough eating places. Icemaker in room—a nice touch. Thoughtfully equipped kitchen: toaster, coffee mugs, and enuf for making a quick pasta meal (there is a cooktop!). Very comfortable.

I was there for a funeral, but hotel stay made it much easier. Truly appreciate it.

I was very happy with our stay. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. There are no ice machines on the premises other than the ice maker in the fridge in the room. It’s very slow making ice. That would be my only complaint and it doesn’t rank as a high priority issue.

It is in a convenient location just off the interstate. It is very clean. We had a mini suite with a kitchen complete with a dishwasher and full refrigerator. There was plenty of storage spaces and a nice desk area for working. It was extremely quiet. It appears to be new. The price was great. The bathroom is missing a toilet paper holder, and could use a couple more towel holders as well. The blackout curtains covered the room air conditioner - so they had to be bunched above it to get any air circulation. Bottled water was $4 which we all know is an extreme price for bottled water. Night clerk was a bit disinterested in us as guests - not even greeting us when we came in. Overall, the facilities seem as if they are not quite finished.

It was a quick stay but very clean and perfect for what we needed

There was no breakfast and there was no hot water on my second day stay! There was no hot breakfast or lunch! The water was not hot enough to shower! There was no Bathtub!

Parking was easy, however it did not completely feel "pet friendly" as the area we had to park in, had very little grass spots. The over all property was clean, and welcoming. Rooms were quiet and stocked appropriately for whatever one may need. We got a call from the staff just to check in to make sure we're set, and that was a super nice addition to the stay.

Location, bedding, toiletries in the shower The in-room coffee pot had moldy coffee in it! Could not use, no dish soap in the room. At 7am, the lobby coffee stand was not stocked. Literally zero coffee cups available, coffee beans were almost out so machine couldn't grind, and I had to get creamer from under the counter myself. Front desk, once I asked, had to search down the hall for additional coffee supplies. That should be done well before the morning coffee rush, in my opinion.
