Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Great location. Food in restaurant and service could be improved.

the Bathrooms are in poor shape leaking facets shower doors etc. windows show cracks

The sky walk to the convention center was closed for construction so that was inconvenient. It seems the dining room understaffed so options are limited. There are not good eating places close by so you have to figure out other neighborhoods to get the Baltimore experience. The harbor was closed for winter.

The bistro restaurant was nice for breakfast and my family enjoyed the yard games on the terrace next to the pool. Overall, I think employees are probably doing the best they can with what they have and what they’re paid for. Hyatt corporate should invest more so the hotel can live up to its full potential.

The hotel had a nice view on the harbor side. I did not like that the rooftop bar was not servings food or frozen beverages.

The hotel has some nice spaces. The parking is next to the hotel building, which is convenient, but guests can self-park on levels 3 and up, and the only access to the hotel is from level 1. If your room is on a higher floor and you need to go to the car and back, that is a lot of going up and down. Our room could have been maintained better - the bathroom door was squeaking loudly, and one pipe was dripping.

Took forever to just get a cup of coffee with cream. Got our bill mixed up with someone elses. The food was cold. Check in and check out were a wonderful painless experience.

The was clean and well maintained. Staffs were according and polite.

Clean rooms, awesome pool area

The parking lot is poorly designed, and one of the elevators was out of service for a day, causing additional inconvenience. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I expected. On the other hand, I should mention that the staff and the housekeepers are friendly and polite.

Shower was dirty in outside . Shower door did not close all the way . Shower head was in need of replacement . Furniture in bistro was old with paint missing . As far as food Delicious . All employees especially maids friendly and helpful . But not worth what we paid for

Most of our stay was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the carpet was soaked between the window and the bed, but we didn't realize it until after our children had fallen asleep. Everything else was great though.
