Breakfast good, staff pleasant, air conditioning great, room clean. Only concern was leaking faw

I've stayed here a few times. It's a solid, basic hotel. Clean, right by the inner harbor, and it includes breakfast, which is great.

The hotel stinks, its dirty, the room was still dirty, hair in the bathtub and sink. No linens for the pull out sofa, 2 towels for a room that sleeps 6, sheets on the beds were wrinkled and i was terrified about bugs. My clothes will be washed as soon as i get home. The TVs didn't work, had no signal. The AC didnt work. The tile in the bathroom and walls throughout had patches and stuff all over them. Looked like mold in the bathroom. The door to the main room was cut on the bottom like 3inches

We will not be going back there.

Had bug in the bathroom mold in the shower tile air conditioner wasn’t working want my money back nobody please don’t stay there want a refund

Cons: Property is in general disrepair. Peeling patient, sloppy patching and indifferent staff. We didn’t have towels or extra blanket or sheet for the pull out couch. Had to call the front desk and go pick up. Please also note no parking at this location. Make arrangements in advance.

The tub would not go down. They didnt have enough towels in the room and hole in in the ceiling of the bathroom.

Dirty, gross, broken elevator, room service would not change the sheets, only given 2 towels per day, lobby smelled like spoiled garbage, parking is not affiliated with the hotel.

The staff was very nice. Our room on the other hand had stained sheets, and the pull out couch was stained.

Don’t book through Hotels.Com. I tried to cancel my reservation and gave them adequate time and they refused my request even through my husband was in critical help situation and they charged me o er $1,100 and I never checked in! Don’t use Horels.Com

Breakfast was good , No towel racks in the bathroom , slippery bathtub , nothing to hold on to ,nor even a hook to hang a robe etc . on . no control in room for the air conditioner …. tiniest towels for shower , no face towels given ….. have traveled a lot , used your inn before , this was the worst …. Towels not changed for second night stay , still wet from the day before !!

The room was very spacious and large. The bed was very clean and comfy. We had a nice city view. Breakfast was very fulfilling and nutritional. The waffles were huge. I also appreciated all of the handsanitizer dispensers on each floor and near all common areas. Customer services was top tier from Day 1. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and very caring to our needs. The over bearing sewage smell in the lobby was not appreciated however, when you got to your room, you didn't smell any odors. The plumbing in the room wasn't the best on the face sink and shower. Some of my towels had wholes in them and the shower had some rust build up.

The entire property is surface level nice but with seemingly every improvement failing. The elevator would occasionally skip a stop or open the doors between levels. The gym should entirely be replaced as the treadmills stuttered while running, the bikes having loose seats enough where they weren’t usable, and missing many free weights. The tv in the room did not have any usable channels as each channel said it wasn’t available. The bathroom with broken tiles. The elevator with the gold sticker walls all failing or the flaking fake wood on the sides. The toaster for breakfast that doesn’t toast anything. The wallpaper in every corner that is lifting up.

The comfort in is horrible I got out so fast forgot to get pics. I don't know if it is a Expedia room or what. They never have to worry about me again

Location to convention center and staff Smells bad. Same key opened other rooms with person sleeping. My door got disposed. Very noisy. Toilets does not flush well. Dinning room and food disgusting. Staff otherwise we're nice and helpful.
