All was great

Excellent staff and a courtesy early check-in is always nice. The room is a fine suite with consistency throughout the franchise. Brreakfast had many choices, and here is how my choices panned out: Eggs - just fine. Sausage Link - like rubber. Sausage Sliced (kielbasa?) - Just fine. 1/4 Waffle Piece - rubbery (which I found amazing). Oatmeal - just fine. Like I said, there was a lot of choices so I'm sure you'll find many things to your liking.

The first night the fire alarm made loud beep sounds in our room during the middle of the night. My husband went down to the lobby and attendant said that it must be the battery. The next day we requested to move to another room. They have wiring for smoke alarms in the hotel not batteries.

Pool wasn't heated too cold to swim in in summer

Loved the location. It was close to so many stores, restaurants, and attraction sites like iFLY and Texas Roadhouse. For the price, it was definitely worth it. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Everything was good except the fact that cars got burgled on the day we checked out. Luckily for my friends, our car wasn't affected.

Our room was literary falling apart, terrible maintenance. Bathroom door did not close all the way or lock and moldings were hanging off the wall, one of them almost hit our heads when we opened tue bathroom door the first time. Khalil from front desk said deal with it

Everything is perfect.

Right next door to Main Event. Within walking distance of several restaurants. The pool could've been cleaner.

Staff was friendly. The refrigerator in our room was not keeping our items cold. When we told front end staff, we were told it cycles on and off. We'll all refrigerators do that but keep things cold. He them told us that he would send maintenance up. Either he didn't send them, they didn't go or it needs to be replaced.
