The property was very professional. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My credit card had a charge on it I wasn't expecting since the attendant who checked us in said our stay was prepaid. When I questioned the attendant who had come on duty later she said that it had been booked through Expedia and had to enter some card number to get that charge reversed. Since we just returned home, I will continue to monitor my credit card statement to see if the charge does get removed. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. We did not take advantage of the pool or workout room which were available. We did have our furry friend with us. At first I questioned why the No Pets Allowed in Hotel sign and was told that they had not had time to take down the sign as they just recently became pet friendly.

The A/C is very loud. Our room was missing tissues and a picture was on the floor, rather than hanging on the wall. The staff was very friendly and upgraded our reserved room, but I’m not sure the upgrade was better.

DANIELLA MONTOYA was WONDERFUL!!! She was a doll & TRULY HELPFUL!!! Day after I checked in I had to get a driver to drive me to work. As I was having trouble with my Uber account, DANIELLA was soooo KIND of helping me get set up with a driver & even took care of it. She was amazing and the hotel is so blessed to have such an amazing employee like Daniella. If I can rate her, 100/10!!!

The continental breakfast could’ve been better and I would give it five stars.

Excellent staff who were all very friendly and helpful.
-
Awesome stay. Clean and well run establishment.
-
Water pressure in the shower was horrible and I fixed the bathroom sink faucet pressure. Other than that it was a good stay for the price.

The hotel did not have a room for us on arrival. They said there was only one maid for the day and she had gone home!!

Staff was attentive and helpful. The property is just off 183 so just minutes away from anything in Cedar Park. I would stay there again.

Found the hotel to be excellent in all aspects of traveling. The staff was very professional and courteous. Ciera, at the front desk, was very pleasant, handling the crowd well, explaining everything thoroughly.

It’s clean and well maintained.

The room itself was large but had an odd layout, with long hallways leading to smaller bed and desk areas. The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, but the older‑style shower head and low‑quality soaps were disappointing. I also noticed cracks in the wallpaper, which reinforced that this is an older property trying to modernize with new carpets and colors, but the age still shows. Breakfast was lackluster. I appreciated the yogurt options, but the eggs were not very good. The biggest issue was the Wi‑Fi, which was extremely poor throughout my stay. For a quick one‑night stop before heading to the airport, it was acceptable. However, I would not choose this hotel for a multi‑night stay.
