Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport

Room was clean and less than 10 minutes from the airport. No restaurant at the hotel and the complimentary breakfast left me disappointed. There is a small coffee pot in room as well as a small fridge.

Staff

Everything looks good. It is better to provide one complimentary water bottle.

I like their accessibility for the Deaf in the room, such as an available doorbell. Love that the bathroom is big enough to change clothes. Spacious.

Clean

Room was nicer than we expected. Very cozy and lets of amenities.

Comfortable bed, small room, noisy air conditioner. The electricity went off in the middle of the night and I couldn't sleep because I could hear my neighbor's conversation.

Front desk person was friendly, the air-conditioning was nice and cold and the room seemed clean The shower pressure was unbelievably low. I took a shower in trickling water and it was very frustrating, and was slightly cold because there wasn’t enough water coming out

Loved my room - only problem was lukewarm water for my shower - asked the staff to step into my room and see for themselves - I asked for money to be taken off my bill - and they did

Great on the go breakfast clean and great staff.

We never got to eat breakfast or go down for any amenities. We just went there. Have a good night sleep because our flight was leaving at 7 AM so we checked out at three am

It was close to the airport and the room was very nice.

It was a good room for a night but you can tell some things were run down the shower was small and the bathroom was okay.

Horrible experience but the staff was so nice! Elevator was broken , it was muggy , cleaning staff sucks . Pool was locked

Location near the Airport. Clean room. Cold AC and hot shower. Elevator was out of order.

Literally it’s is quite place.

The elevator was broken. We were put in room right by the stair door so it slammed all night. The people above us must have been practicing marching band all night. Bed was hard as rocks and you are given 3 sheets on your bed as bedding… i went to get 24 hour coffee and it was closed down for over an hour to clean in the middle of breakfast time.

Staff was excellent and room was clean. Not huge but big enough. Good value for money.

What I strongly did not appreciate was how noisy my room was. It was facing the street and I could hear every stop, every go, and every revving of the engine outside. I could also hear every footstep and every person speaking in the room next door. This made it difficult to get sufficient, relaxing sleep. Something I also had higher hopes for was the breakfast. It was simply a few pastries with cereal and yogurt. The coffee was not fresh and came out of a standard machine. Although the coffee was technically 24 hours, it was not tasteful nor something to look forward to unfortunately. The elevators were also not functioning either meaning every trip I made, including bringing up and down my luggage, was not something I looked forward to and therefore difficult. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and accommodating for minor issues.

Room was very clean and cleanliness was maintained throughout my hotel stay. I liked the room had a microwave and refrigerator. I received timely notifications as well.
