Wet carpet ( called from desk, no response) Hotels need an extremely updated and upgrade

They oversold the rooms for the night, so I got a different room than the one I had originally reserved. AC at lobby was barely working and it is summer in Texas. The room was extremely humid and ceiling was covered in what looked like black mold. Sheets and bath tub were dirty.

The staff was super helpful but our room was full of mold and had roaches they had to gives another room because on top of that the carpet was wet from the ac i wouldn't recommend this hotel at all

The room is very big and suitable for family. The airport shuttle is on time. It is a decent airport hotel.

Everything was good except the giant cockroach in the elevator.

Staff was wonderful. The overall condition of the property was subpar. It was clean for the most part, but run down. It was fine for a bed too sleep in for 1 night, but not really worth the cost overall.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The rooms were pretty beat up and in need of paint. Desk had graffiti scratched into it and the shower, while clean, was gross. The hall carpets smell bad too.

The hotle is good if you are staying because you have an early flight, nothing special.

The property wasn’t well maintained in addition to the interior had not been vacuumed recently. The same garbage and mess was in the hallway and on the carpet my 2 night stay. The shower did not appear to have been cleaned and I could see bare foot prints in the shower. The shower also had other nasty gunk. I would not stay at this locations ever again.

Good hotel

Well kept and maintained bathroom. The description of cleanliness about the rooms and bathroom was not accurate. My bathroom had mold and mildew/ scum built in the corners in the bathroom.

This property gave me the impression that it may have been very nice a few years ago, but it was in disrepair. Wallpaper in hallways and elevators was torn and worn. Once inside the room it was mostly average, except the air conditioner cover was laying on the floor when I arrive, I tried to snap it back on, but it would not stay. In general, the facility was in need of some TLC all around. I expected more for the price.

Perfect stay when having an early morning flight. Flight got delayed and so we were actually able to have a fantastic and filling breakfast just what we needed. Staff was friendly and able to answer and help with what we needed.

Only stayed one night

They need a business center with a printer . The breakfast was great and the waffles also ..also the shuttle service was class A But I also need to mention the exit door was broken and people where coming in and out that appeared somewhat questionable
