Staff was helpful, when I requested a different room for our second night. Breakfast was adequate. They have coffee available all day.

Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. The elevator didn’t run very smoothly and didn’t come to the floor when button pushed. AC unit in room didn’t work very well and was loud.

- breakfast here was excellent, great selection - rooms were acceptable and beds comfortable - excellent affordable rates - great selection of nearby restaurants and shopping options CONS - sketchy people in vicinity (or staying there) - broken elevator at the time of visit, only option was to take the stairs - front desk lady not very friendly I still think that the pros outweigh the cons. Definitely will consider staying here again.

The included breakfast was nothing to brag about . Directions to the room at check in was poor

I stayed for 7 nights. I was told my room would be cleaned every 3 days. It was not. The bed was never made and the sheets were not changed. They did provide fresh towels some days. The trash was taken out once or twice. One night when arriving back at the hotel there was multiple police cars there and the front desk person was being arrested. The parking was good and the breakfast was okay.

The elevator was slow when I got there, but broke down the day I was leaving. I am disabled and had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Not happy, and the staff only said: "Oh, sorry."

Location The Elevator wasn't working and they put Us on the Fourth Floor. Our commode wasn't flushing properly and had mat maintenance was called twice and he said that we weren't supposed to flush toilet paper and that what was causing the problem

The stains on the pillowcases, wrinkled sheets, and the presence of multiple strands of hair between the sheets, along with the sticky rug, all speak volumes about the lack of cleanliness in this establishment. The front-desk staff claimed that it’s just the front-desk employee responsible for everything. However, it’s evident that they need to hire someone to clean and change the sheets regularly. People are not stupid; we can easily tell when the previous sheets haven’t been cleaned. Oh, the elevator hasn’t worked for 6 weeks. Also, this establishment is located right off a busy construction - highway.
