Hilton Garden Inn Austin North - Near the Domain

I was told that breakfast would be included. It was 8 of us and the breakfast was not included, we found it out as we went down to eat. I chatted with you guys on 2 occasions to verify. This was very embarrassing to our group. It made me think twice about booking hotel again through the system.

The parking is separate and I asked for them to charge it to my room and they kept putting notices in my car. Even though the front desk kept telling me it was fine

Very nice room. Quiet and friendly staff.

The hotel and room was exceptionally clean and the staff were super polite. Ac did not work at all and the pillows were flat and horribly uncomfortable. Made for a real hot and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend during the summer.

Was unaware that there was a pet fee included with my stay. It seems like should be communicated when check in occurs. It wasn’t. Just when I received the bill.

The property was very clean, but a little confusing being that it was behind a clinic I didn’t like that fact that I put free breakfast, and all the breakfast wasn’t free. And I specifically said free parking and that wasn’t free

It was nice and spacious room. The hospitality was lacking. Breakfast wasn’t included, and there was no room service. When I ordered food, I had to go downstairs to pick it up instead of having it delivered to my room. The bathroom toiletries also needed to be refilled—I had to repeatedly pump the body wash just to get a small amount out. There were no complimentary essentials like toothpaste or cotton swabs available either. When I called to ask if some could be brought to my room, I was told I needed to come downstairs to get it. Thankfully, housekeeping eventually brought it up, but I’m pretty sure that only happened after I explained that I was getting ready to leave and was trying to get everything done at once.

We had an amazing stay with a great room, which was extremely large and easy to move about. This hotel is in close proximity to food, coffee and other great amenities we enjoyed our stay.
