Lovely room. Great valet. Located right off the highway.

Had to change rooms due to overwhelming mold smell coming from the air ducts.my business partner had to change rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and mold. The front desk was phenomenal, but also acknowledged the issue and said it happens alot. a couple in the elevator were also saying how disgusting the rooms were and reaked of mildew and mold.would not return or ever recommend.

When we first landed, our key fob wasn’t working. Went downstairs back and forth getting a new key to only find out that the door lock was dead. Staff was great though in helping us through the process. Just be aware the rooms don’t have running ac, it’s a blowing fan, we set it at 60 and felt humid and sticky in the extreme Austin heat.

The staff confused and were unhelpful! The rooms smell weird and old ! Elevators are old and scary !

One of the staff members I spoke to upon my arrival was unbelievably rude and unbelievably unhelpful. I asked if they had parking or if it was strictly valet. She rudely answered it was just valet for 80$ overnight and when I asked if she knew anywhere else that allowed parking she rudely answered “how am I supposed to know. I only work here. We have valet.” with the most attitude. Every other staff member was beyond kind and helpful. There was hair in the tub, batteries left out on the couch and the shower curtain smelled of mildew leaving me to question if the room ever got cleaned. Free WiFi wouldn’t work at all. A motel 6 would be cheaper and same quality you would receive here.

The hotel is convenient to the Austin convention area, good value with helpful amenities.

Overall my experience was horrible, I had 2 rooms reserved. I came to Austin to bring my nieces to 2 concerts. But the hotel stay was horrible. We got there Sunday night and one of the rooms stank very humid and like wet. Also my nieces said when they laid in the bed it felt welt. I call the front office no answer. Then the elevator was taking so long after u press it to come up to our floor. One of the days it took close to 25 min I ended up calling the front desk hoping they will answer. They had to send someone to go up to our floor just so the elevator will make it to us. That made us late to one of the concerts . Over all I don’t recommend at all .

My only complaint was the elevators. I stayed on the 12th floor, and the buttons did not work properly. Whenever I needed to go downstairs, I had to press the up button to call the elevator. Other than that, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Property and staff were good. Only surprise was the valet parking not specified while booking. Had $70 valet parking or was told by valet I could park on the side of the road…Mind you where there are a lot of homeless people and no security so I felt I was forced to pay valet parking

really great stay overall ! staff was amazing and super helpful ! only thing i missed out on was there's no natural light coming in anywhere from the guest rooms.

The valley parking needs to pay more attention, they tore my right side mirror off my truck.

Very good

Don't bring ur car unless ur willing to spent on valet parking or risking leaving ur car parked on the street..

The valet parking is an utter ripoff - about $70 per night but extra fees and mandatory tips are charged in addition to the nightly rate. There is no one at this hotel to assist older guests or guests who need help with their luggage, etc. as far as I could determine. Meal prices are outrageous. I wanted yogurt and a cup of coffee & was required to buy the $25 buffet breakfast for very little food on a Saturday morning.
