I always enjoy my stay at the Fairmont. I go there on business and it’s always very clean beautiful city view and the bar and restaurant are really good.

The property is amazing location. It is your standard Fairmont property beautifully designed with comfortable beds and options to eat. The staff was underwhelming with the exception of the servers in the downstairs bar area. They barely acknowledged us or if we were to talk we sounded like an inconvenience . Which is really surprising because we like to stay at Fairmont properties and staff is one of the biggest reasons to stay there. The Austin convention center was still being built, but surprisingly not a lot of noise not much. Fairmont can do about that.

The staff was wonderful and the property beautiful.

Phenomenal across the board. If I’m being picky, universally the food (room service, dining), is a tad salty, but that’s being very picky. The staff was truly kind, exceptional, and militant in paying attention to detail. Would recommend without hesitation.
