Great stay! Delicious food! Friendly staff!

This was perfect! The pool was clean and family friendly. Our rooms were clean and had a great bathroom. I highly recommend!
-
Enjoyed the room it was a great experience. The price was great too!

It felt more like a 3-star than a 4-star. The wall art and vibe were unique. The hotel looked and felt old. People in rooms could easily be heard from the hallway and the people in the hallway could easily be heard in the rooms. The bathroom was small. I couldn’t get their electric vehicle charger to work and the front desk couldn’t help me because it was 3rd party. The pool was out of service the first day we were there. The air conditioner was one of those loud, wall air conditioners they mainly loud sounds every hour or so that was loud enough to wake us up. It was quite close to a major highway with poor noise reduction as we could hear cars driving by on the highway. Most 4-star hotels have a bar/restaurant and sometimes a separate eating area. This had an independently operated sushi restaurant.

Loved how quiet the hotel was. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved the king size bed! Breakfast was great and the dining room its beautiful too.

The staff was nice however the room I stayed in was not very clean and there were roaches. Also the pool was closed for the days we were there.

This was a fantastic hotel in an excellent location, all for a great price. The property was very clean, and the breakfast was good. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Challenging to access if you aren't used to Austin.

My family and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and informative. We also really enjoyed the ambiance of the decor, from lighting, wallpaper to paintings. My son and I loved the pool and how it was tucked in the middle of all the hotel rooms. Most definitely a 5 star stay for us!

I love it, if you don't want to eat outside just go to the Sushi restaurant, you can ask for "All you can eat" or just the regular menu if you are not to Hungry and they are normal plates not only sushi. Also the property was super cozy and the Jacuzzi and pool were súper refreshing on this days.

-
Another positive about this hotel is that it has a great location for seeing South Austin as well as the downtown area.
-
THe swimming pool was lovely. So was the breakfast. Room was fine. Security was good. And parking was good. Hotel was a bit further away from the CBD than I was expecting.
-
I loved how quiet it was and it was gated all around
