Great stay, would recommend for sure.

Walkable to the Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola. Beautiful view of the city. Pool was very clean.

I came two times for check in, around 1pm and they told me to come back around 3pm, had me waiting in the lobby half hour because the room was not ready. I left the record in the chat since the time I had in my booking was 3pm

Customer service extraordinary! The only issue is that both rooms we booked were smelly; I guess like humidity. Everything else was very good. I will definitely come back hoping to get a room whiteout the foul odor.

$60/ day for the parking it’s crazy expensive for someone who already spent almost $300/day for room

Given it was one night only and once I got off my flight arriving at 1pm they were helpful in getting my bags stored then ofc my World Cup game day. My room was ready and it was a comfy night shame I wish I stayed a lot longer next time for sure I will use this hotel this is nice location indeed.

Little outdated property, but clean. Faucet in shower was leaking. Very noisy A/C. Missing handles at the sliding door. Nice stuff. Helpful. Didn’t use the restaurant. Good access to anywhere related to World Cup tournament. Coffee maker worked weirdly, couldn’t stop it. For money what I paid could be better. But thank you for everything!

The property was very clean, staff treated us well and helpful, only problem was I miss the turned for parking and had to come back around but overall experience was 9.8 out of 10 for me

Nothing went well. If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to be. I paid $ 103.00 for 1 night and for my pet $ 150.00 when I checked in at 9pm - I was too tired to find another hotel. On the website it states PET FRIENDLY. Are you serious??? Don´t ge there unless everything else is booked!
