The front desk staff seemed a bit tired and not very welcoming. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, the stay was okay, but a friendlier attitude at check-in would have made the experience better.

It’s definitely an older building, and with that comes issues. The room was a bit humid because of the a/c unit, the beds were just okay(well-loved), and as others noted the elevators can be a bit tricky because of their size. However, the staff was helpful and kind. The valet parking is comparable to anywhere else you’d pay to self-park. The hotel was a very convenient location to our event, the breakfast was solid, and the rooms were clean.

Great location - good value. Disappointed 2 queen suite actual beds were not both queen size, maybe 1 and the pull out sofa but we booked over others thinking had 2 queen beds.

Also. Increase the room price, rather than charge to park.

Excellent hotel in downtown Atlanta. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊

We absolutely loved this hotel! We books extremely last minute but were very pleased with the price, amenities, staff and overall room cleanliness/resources! Nice spacious and clean room and bathrooms, which are super nice when traveling with in-laws lol!
