Great location. Easy quick walk to all World Cup games and fan fest!

Great service at a great location. Was pretty dusty though.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Location could not be better. Hotel is older, sink in bathroom had seen better days. Breakfast was adequate, waffles were delicious. I would recommend.

Smell to much to humidity

We had a backup in our bathroom and they were not able to send somebody to fix it until the next day. Nonetheless, it was a very unpleasant 12 hours.

This property is nothing like the pictures shown. You have to park in a parking deck with an out of service elevator. The entire property smells of mildew. The hotel room door was half broken. I felt very unsafe and dirty. Overall a terrible experience. Hair all in the bathroom and shower. Dirty floors. I payed for a nice hotel and instead was surprised by a roach motel.

Nice hotel in a great location near to good restaurants. Under refurbishment, so the lobby and dining room look very updated, but they hadn't got to our room yet. The room was perfectly fine and functional, but the bathroom is really small and it's difficult to take a shower without flooding the floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stat again

Parking for the hotel was more than adequate. The staff were welcoming and and attentive, and answered all questions me and my friend had during our stay. The building, while on the older side, was being actively maintained, and some parts were being painted and upbeat during our stay, which was really nice to see! All-in-all, was a very nice experience and would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area again!

Far as the cleanliness goes, the building is extremely old and not very clean so make sure if you do stay bring your own cleaning supplies as we always do and check the linen and towels. Last, they have some sort of club near by which the noise extremely loud so if your are a light sleeper you might not get a lot of sleep.

Rooms are ok, little dated, it’s not a bad place considering the amount of time you’re really in the room. If your nit picking then you’ll find something to complain about, staff was absolutely AMAZING, loved Shay, we even exchanged numbers so if she’s ever here in RI we can hangout together. Breakfast was pretty decent. Parking is not the best there is a parking garage across the street that you have to pay $18 per day. We were there for Skills USA week, it was super busy and I’m glad we just walked or used Uber/Lyft/street car. It’s a little farther out from where my kid stayed with school but we made the week work.

I was excited about my trip to ATL for the first time. Although the staff was helpful and courteous that was the only decent thing about this hotel. It was dilapidated, there is a constant odor throughout the building. My sink in my room wouldn't drain. They did come fix it after telling the front desk. The cleanliness throughout is questionable. I don't like the soap used for the towels. They say parking is validated only to turn around and charge you for parking. I was charged twice. I was charged a $250 cleaning fee to clean the room because my child vomited in the room and there was a spot on the carpet and the room smelled bad. The fact I had to constantly spray the room to smell nice prior to that incident says a lot. The parking lot we parked in was so sketchy and smelled horrible. I am very disappointed in my stay. I have no problem paying my way, but I do not like hidden fees nor being hustled for more money. I do not recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly.

I liked the location, very close to the Marta station. The bedsheets had a musty smell, and the overall conduction of the room/hotel was run down.
-
What a wonderful staff and a super clean property. The building is older, but I had a excellent stay. Would stay here again.
