I had a great stay overall and I enjoyed the Westin very much. This isn't my first location I have stayed and they will continue to get my buisness.

Clean room, check in staff was good.

Great hotel

By far the worst Westin experience I’ve had. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The location is prime though! Kevin the manager was very nice and helpful, but overall this experience just doesn’t deliver for the price. I cannot believe I’m saying this but I’ve have budget hotels deliver better than this property.

Elevators could be more frequent and spacious especially during checkout times. Waiting 30 minutes for one elevator out of six is too long. Had to use the service elevator just to reach the lobby.

Geez… I don’t know where to start! For the amount of money I paid, and I paid for a suite,definitely not worth it! One. We didn’t get the room we wanted, and second the elevator u need somebody to explain it or u get on wrong one! Third they have a blocker to were u are unable to use your phone unless u purchase there wifi package and when you do it still won’t work! Next again the amount of money we paid u can’t even get a damn breakfast's meal! EVERYTHING down to have your room service while ur gone, they charge you for extra cleaning! Now make that make sense! I’m going do what I can to get something back! From 67$ - night for parking to 600$ for a stay’ unbelievably honestly!!!

My only issue is the valet parking is very slow and chaotic. For $65 a night expected better service, waited 20 minutes to get my car pulled up

The room location (69th floor, 6920). There was a horrible sound the entire stay. Kept us up all night. Tried to cancel it with headphones and a pillow but it didn’t help. I was not satisfied with this stay since I wasn’t able to relax or get a good nights rest.

Well, unfortunately I was upsold to a higher floor for a total of $80 and we, family of 4 were placed in a room with obstructed views because of the advertisement on the windows, and the hallways were wet and the entire floor smelled like a sewer? Several rooms looked to have been flooded and they were using really loud fans that we could hear all night long. It was gross and we were too tired to complain or move to another room. We had just drove 4 hours and then had to wait in the lobby for our checkin. Our room looked well used. I should have complained at the property. We didn't eat at the property and parking was way too expensive and we waited for 30 minutes to get our car out to go to dinner and the lady at the valet said it was her fault because there was a car blocking our car but no one came to tell us and we waited way too long and I asked Kenny for a discount and as it seems, he didn't give us one at check out. We were told Kenny was the boss and then he made an excuse about having to ask his boss and so forth. So it wasn't fast nor convienent to park at $65 a night.

The staff was nice

Enjoyed the stay. I will definitely be booking here again

They put my son and I in a king bed though our reservation clearly called for 2 queens and we had no alternatives. They offered no concessions to remedy the situation.

I would stay at this hotel again. No complaints

Valet parking was great. They were quick. It was a long line for checkin but they may have been short staffed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and clean. We had a nice city view.
