Breakfast very good
-
Okay, not great. Little rundown and a bit tired, staff and property both

My first time experience was terrible, I booked a 1 king bedroom when I got to the hotel to check in, staff wanted to give me a room with double beds. I insisted that, I don't want it, the staff check me into a deluxe room. This is poor customer service and there were no free parking available for guess, Why do I have to pay $60 per night for valet parking when I pay to stay at the hotel. This make no sense, however the rooms and hotel were very clean and well maintain.

My sons loved the pool. Nice restaurant just above the pool!
-

Really disrespectful not helpful

Everything was great love the breakfast and room!
-
I was able to walk right out to the pool from my room. Staff was amazing
-
Convenient if you want to be near Peachtree Station and not pay an arm and a leg.
-
NICE, QUITE LOCATION IN GOOD AREA TO VISIT THE ARENA. NICE INDOOR POOL AREA. BAR WAS EXCEPTIONAL ALONG WITH THE GREAT BARTENDER AND DRINKS.

Good service
-
Location was great except for the noise from the racetrack speedway that went for hours, additional fees and the over priced valet parking. Other than that our stay was pretty nice.
-
Amazing spot, right in downtown. Nice pool, great restaurant/bar. Expensive to park until you see the service the valets provide…worth it. They did tell me there was cheaper parking right across the street

Our first night we were evacuated from an alarm at 12:45 in the morning. Staff did not off an explanation or an apology. They didn’t seem to care. We booked a second night because we were absolutely exhausted and couldn’t drive the nine hours to our next destination. Our room door “died,” and again no apologies from anyone for the inconvenience. I had to sit outside the room for 30 minutes until someone came to help. It took them another 10 minutes to get us into the room. When asked to give us some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, the staff lied to hotels.com saying there was no alarm and we made our second reservation despite knowing our door was dead- which is not true. This was part of our honeymoon and we aren’t from around here, so driving 9 hours after little to no sleep was not a safe option. The LYING to hotels.com was the part that angered me the most. At least own what happened and apologize to your guests for the inconvenience. I would avoid this place at all costs.

The room was extremely small. The noise kept me up all night. Between the other visitors and the outside car raising up and down the street at 3 a.m. When I originally booked on Expedia, it specified that the rooms has sound blockers. My bathroom sink was clogged my first night. That was fixed immediately after reportinh it. I also received a message after I paid on Expedia that I would be charged a destination fee of 27.80 a day. I have stayed around the Peachtree area before and was not charged this in no other hotels. I was aware that valet parking would be 60 a day. Not really a big option on parking perks. For the amount of the room a night, I believe having other alternatives to park your vehicle would of been great. However, you could park across the street and pay 15 without being able to remove the vehicle as needed. So each time you pay 15 in and out. I would not stay at this hotel again. Due to the noise and unreasonable parking. I give this hotel 3 stars.

Really clean and comfortable rooms. Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful. The facility was clean and kept up. Beds were comfortable and the pool area was really well done!! Cons: The only parking is either to vallet for $60 a day or use the parking deck across the street for $25 a day. The breakfast is a pretty overpriced for the quality of what you're getting, It's not really any different from the free continental breakfast you'd get at other hotels, but it'll fill your belly in a pinch. The workout room was a little lacking and could stand some upgrading. But that's about all that I could come up with for negatives. I would definitely stay here again!!!
