The elevators were busyyyyyyy even if they were 6 of them.

    Room was very clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the use of the sky bridges that connected the hotels. However our bathroom left a lot to be desired and had no exhaust fan. Also, the hotel had 8 elevators; and all were so slow. We waited on average more than 10 minutes for a lift. Since it took so long the elevator was usually packed to capacity and sometimes we had to wait even longer for the next one.

Amazing staff, great restaurant for dinner and nice continental breakfast! A lot of places near about 15 mins from the hotel.

Hotel staff was very rude. I paid for a city view and got a sky view

The elevator service was horrible. It appeared as if half were not in service due to the amount of guests. Maybe it was just the wrong weekend to visit.

Great location, staff helpful, rooms descent. Parking $40 per night, elevators terrible. Ok for the price.

The cleanliness of our room was also below expectations. When we arrived, there was hair left in the shower and a noticeable stain on the bathroom wall, which made the room feel as though it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Parking was another major frustration. The valet staff often stood around talking instead of assisting guests promptly, and the overall experience lacked professionalism. We also had an issue with our toilet that required three separate calls before someone finally came to fix it, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the hotel had a strange odor throughout, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and came across as quite rude. The highlights of our stay were the comfortable beds and pillows despite the beds being pn the smaller end (double beds) and the convenience of the store located on the lobby level. Overall, while there were a couple of positives, the outdated accommodations, lack of attention to cleanliness, poor service, lack of included breakfast, and maintenance issues made it difficult to justify the cost of staying here.

I liked everything about my stay. I wish that the hotel had a pool, because it the only thing missing in my opinion.

Great service, the room was clean and very spacious. I will definitely recommended to my friends and family.

The hotel was very conveniently located. I LOVED the coffee at the little shop and although the prices were high they weren’t as terrible. Everything was orderly and nice. My room could have been cleaner. We found some trash under the chair when we first got there-so I know it wasn’t ours. Having the concierge text was nice. We don’t eat at the restaurant because it seemed expensive and there were plenty of choices within walking distance from the hotel. Overall it was a good experience and a decent hotel for the price.
