Smoke smell bad

Write a review for me in regards to a bad stay all the way across the board it was atrocious there were large cigarette pipe Burns or whatever there was multiple there was so many I asked you lady at the desk if I could get a change of sheets and comforters and others not something that they did I have never seen anything like this no breakfast no coffee no no customer service the staff we're barely going to the motions I've never senior had an experience like this the room had the the basic towels however there were towels thrown under the counter used with makeup on the comforter I was disappointed upon checking in you're going to check me in told me if I stayed another day not to go through Expedia that there were extra charges however they held my money a deposit does not return for 2 week 10 days to 2 weeks and move me to a different space that was worse there were so many holes in the comforter the bedspread the sheets not small holes like size of Nichols and dimes matter of fact the whole core inspection there was so many holes throughout I asked for different bedding due to the holes in the second room it wasn't used previews however there were no compensation for the inconvenience I noticed it after lying down for short time that's when I know it's the makeup if I'm waking up I'm going to wash my place wash your hands and I look to my love there was a towel and I looked on the account it was another one it goes on and on accountability is in order. Could you help me

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly but a few things were broken upon arrival. The toilet paper holder was broken and every time you pulled, it came out of the wall. The faucet for the sink was also incredibly loose. Additionally no fault to the staff, but the smoke detector battery died in the middle of the night, which was slightly inconvenient.

Great location other than that I don’t have anything else to say

The owners/employees were very kinda and nice but this stay wasn’t anything nice. Broken outlets and broken switches and we did find bugs (2 roaches and other crawlers) we did not find or come onto any bed bugs so that was a plus. Sheets had stains and bathroom had a musky smell. I wouldn’t stay again but it was a good place if u just need a place to sleep for a night.

Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!

Worst motel ever , very dirty !

Rooms larger than usual very comfortable king size bed large side stand with refrigerator microwave nice hot water TV remote did not work probably needs. Batteries didn’t have any with me bed nightstand been turned off. Eliminate electricity to that bed nightstand have to find new electrical outlet to charge telephone or computer otherwise very excellent. Stay for the most reasonable price only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Everything specially the manager she was very rude and scammed me of my money after I canceled after seeing how poor the service is

Clean room, good staff, no coffee

People were very friendly and price for what you received was sufficient. Room was dated.. No tissues, no towel bars, amenities were lacking. If you just wanted a place to put your head and save money this was great. Also first day no cold water in sink.

I the get the reasoning behind requiring a deposit and I'm fine with it but you display two different policy for cash customers versus credit customers. Why does the credit customer have to wait for the hold to be removed once they check out this was the first time it wasn't instant. I would have rather had the option to cash. I get my check out would have been longer. But because I in all likelihood won't stay again.The location depending on the time was not the best. So i would have liked all my business to be settled personally.
