Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Near Tanger Outlets I-24 Antioch

My daughter and I stayed the night here during our road trip from PA to TX and it was the perfect hotel for us. We had originally had a single room with a Queen bed and we were upgraded to A King Suite which was nice to have a little extra room. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a long day of driving. It was a quiet place even though there are train tracks behind the hotel I couldn’t even hear the train when it went by which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our couch was broken and the TV in the bedroom only had sound, no picture. Reported to the staff and no offers to fix or change rooms was made.

I made the mistake of booking a date that wasn't the one I needed. I called and sought help to change the accommodation date, but they weren't able to help me; they just hung up on me. I had to rent another room and lost the money I spent on this hotel.

Awful they charge per person in the room. Room smelled moldy. Only one face towel for a 4 person room. No ice machine

Would not recommend. Room was used and dirty upon arrival. Staff was not friendly or hospitable.

The rooms were OK, the pool and hottub area was very strong chlorine smell, and very hot. The breakfast was OK...your typical hotel breakfast.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Ashlyn was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making our experience even better. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing nothing nothing! They don’t tell you about the deposits until you get there! This property was not what it said it would be the floors where dirty and the staff where not welcoming!

Needed to leave a day early. Staff was insensitive. Was not aware of the 100 hold, not disclosed. Experience was not positive at all. Did not receive a receipt when I checked out early. Email promised, but not received. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever!

Nothing. We did not stay there. They said our reservation was cancelled by booking.com. We didn’t stay there. We had to find another place because they said the reservation was cancelled by booking.com and no other room was available.

The rooms are a nice size and laid out well, but the fridge had black mold in it and was unusable. The room overall was damp and warm (helping those molds grow!). Our second room had mold growing on the bed skirt. We would not stay here again - especially for the cost I paid to have connecting rooms that were nowhere near each other and the much nicer hotels in the area.

My bathroom in my room was not clean. It was very noisy like someone was tearing down the hotel. I called the front desk to complain. Nothing was done it went on for 3 or more hours.
