Best Western Plus Executive Residency Antioch Inn

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast could have been a bit better. The bacon was really salty but the biscuits and gravy made up for that. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pool was very foggy. We didn’t swim in it.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay within a reasonable budget, I would recommend this place. I stayed in room 310, and it was spacious, bright, and very quiet. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was good. Free parking was a great benefit, and the staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming.

The room was very nice, breakfast was great. The attendant working the breakfast bar was very attentive and kept the food well stocked. There is a lot of road noise that can be heard from the rooms

Given this experience, I won’t be returning to this location and may reconsider staying with this hotel chain altogether. It was the worst!

The TV was horrible!!!! Channels 1 through 35 were unavailable. Those are the main channels. The ones that were available the program did not match the guide. The channels were 2 positions off!

The room and the and building were very clean. We booked far in advance (9 months) and by the time our stay happened, the property was going through the process of rebranding. There was construction happening that was a bit noisy, the TV channels, as well as other amenities, didn’t work properly and many of the common areas looked just unfinished (i.e. there were water stations in the hallways that were just open mechanics). The staff, however were amazing! Apologetic over the renovations and even made adjustments to our room rate when we were told that the room style that we reserved (a room with a kitchenette) was no longer an option.

Breakfast all 3 mornings was the exact same so we went somewhere else else. It’s your standard hotel breakfast. The pool was cloudy and most of the time the lights inside the pool room weren’t on. No way to turn them on from the pool room. One day they were spray painting inside the hotel and the smell was so strong I was getting light headed that same day the roped off both exits so we couldn’t go in or out of the hotel. No water fountains working so if you need water you have to pay $3 a bottle. This hotel is also near a major highway and train tracks so either side you stay on you will hear noise. They are trying, but seems they have a long way to go. I don’t think I would say here again.

It’s clean & staff were friendly. It’s right by the freeway exit. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool had lots of chlorine.

The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

The television didn't work and the phone didn't work. They offered to move us after we where all ready settled in the room. The hot water was iukewarm. The best part of the stay was breakfast I spoke with Expedia the same night they gave us a credit of 35.00 on the key card. We where told the manger would be there today only to find out he does not work on weekends. They just completed remodeling because in Julu they will become a Marriott property.

We checked in and there was no linings for the pull out bed and the outlets at the nightstand don’t work. Also didn’t provide hand soap/bar soap for the bathroom. Breakfast was awful. Not worth the money.

Las instalaciones del hotel estaban excelente, muy limpio tanto en el estacionamiento como en el Lobby, piscina excelente, desayuno perfecto; lo único malo fue que nunca se realizó limpieza de la habitación durante los tres días que estuve en el hotel.

They only cleaned our room twice in the 9 days we stayed there. Every time we went to the front desk to ask why they did not clean or what their cleaning schedule was, we kept getting a different answer. None of the housekeepers spoke English so we could not communicate with them directly.

The beds were confortable The pool, refrigerator, bathroom door, and the safe
