Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. The front desk person wrote it on one list, but didn’t transfer it to the other, so they weren’t expecting us. It all worked out fine in the end, but seemed quite disorganized.

The location was the only appealing aspect of this hotel. Every time I needed to use the shuttle to the airport, I felt like I was a burden to the staff. There didn’t seem to be a schedule for these shuttles except for getting to our red eye in the middle of the night. At one point I felt rushed to get to the shuttle or miss it even though I had been traveling all day. The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and busy always. The rooms were comfortable but warm.

Helpful staff. Airport pick-up and drop-off very easy and efficient Breakfast was poor. Not good quality food or options. Buffet with plastic plates, cups and cutlery. No restaurant or food available on arrival. Quite isolated so no other option to have a meal after a long flight

Nice place for a night’s stay after or prior to a flight to/from the nearby airport.

This is an amazing hotel. The front desk clerks were very kind and friendly. The lobby was inviting. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast attendant was unbelievably alert to everything that was going on. I’ve never seen such care and concern that everyone had what they needed. The grandkids loved the pool. The hotel is very close to the airport which was great for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close to airport Old, dated, musty smell, just needs a complete makeover.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and nice room. Enjoyed the breakfast.

We are devastated and they have not even gotten back to us even after an email with an auto response. Would never ever stay here again. Poor customer service!

The location of the property is perfect for an overnight from the airport. I liked the breakfast offered at the hotel. I like that we could drop our bags before check-in and go into the city to look around having our bags in storage. I had to call several times at about 930 in the morning for a pick up from the airport after two phone calls in about 40 minutes I gave up and took a cab. The hotel is also a little tired in furnishings but it’s perfect for one night.

The decor was very Alaska! And the bed was very comfotable I tried to call several times to see if someone could check my room 318 for one lost hearing aide… i called back and They never looked or tried…

Breakfast and staff were very good for our large-ish family. Room was comfortable for the six of us. Not bad, but we booked for six people, and had to go to lobby to get linens for pull out couch.

Great location near the airport.
