Very clean will stay again

It was extremely old and a very outdated. We didn’t have water for half a day and had to use the bathrooms at a nearby hotel, which was extremely embarrassing. They refused to compensate us for not having our basic need of water access in anyway. . It was more a “oh well and I’m sorry-that sucks” The only good thing about the hotel is it is near Disneyland and the convention center. Other than that, I would never recommend that hotel to anyone. Even the continental breakfast was extremely limited. Spend the extra couple dollars and stay somewhere else.

Both desk staff I interacted with and talked to were very helpful and friendly. There are two different key-card touch screens to exit the parking lot, one for Cortana and the other for the Hyatt. They share the lot. I, of course, used the wrong one and had to get help. All was well. Pool was smallish, but it was a nice place to hang out after a day at work. I was there for business, lots of restaurants and shopping within driving - on the block.

I highly recommend this place! It is located very close to the convention center, making it extremely convenient to get around. The breakfast was simple but perfectly sufficient, and all the amenities provided were great. The water pressure was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay!"

Loved the hot tub and pool area. However, breakfast was chaotic, with long lines for toast. The breakfast options were OK, but there was at least something for everyone. I was incredibly annoyed that we requested, and were granted, a late check out, but housekeeping kept knocking on the door every 5 minutes (legitimately very 5 minutes a new persons knocked on the door). That said, the room was spacious and the front desk staff were friendly.

This place was a home away from home. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. The pool was a hop skip and a jump from our room. My knee was in bad shape and sitting in that jacuzzi was wonderful. My son spent most of his time in the pool. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Plus is was close to Disneyland.

Rooms are clean are large. Mattresses were comfortable. Rooms are a little dated but everything was in working order. Loved the 2 separate AC units. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Has everything we needed to start a long day at Disneyland. We will absolutely stay here again!

value for money! Breakfast can be better, if you also offer some cheese and ham.
